The best part of the software is it's functionality but that is only realized because of the people that have helped us develop solutions that meet our customers expectations over the years.

No manuals supplied, but you can obtain documentation online.

The product has been simple to integrate into our ERP, new integrations are quick to implement and well supported by Conexiom.

The hardest part was the setup of the various vendors. However, one you set them up there is no maintenance unless the vendor changes the file format.

In addition, the support we received from the team at Conexiom during and following the deployment of the software has been excellent.

Weak OCR capabilities as the platform failed many times mapping JPEG files for instance.

Mapping SPA's was very difficult compared to mapping PO and AP invoices. So many different formats and specifics needs for SPA's made it difficult.

Overall, the experience has been wonderful. We're able to process sales orders faster, with fewer errors, reducing our labor and RMA costs associated with manual data entry.

Conexiom's portal is basic and limited. A user cannot have multiple portal logins open at the same time, which causes problems when needing to multi-task within the portal.

In case you have objects that were created by accident or are not used anymore, they can not be deleted all together, but you have to select and test each object one by one.

ARIS element version has very low feature in terms of roles and authorization.

It's intuitive, user friendly and easy to customize.

Customizing is too difficult. Reporting is not flexible enough for end users.

That allows to build reports based on where a certain object was used i.e. the actions performed by a certain person, all the processes whic are automated by a certain system.

My overall experience is quite well. It is easy to use and use r friendly.

The user interface is easy to understand also for first time users. So users can concentrate on good modelling rather than on how to understand the tool.
