Great tool for prospecting lead research & enrichment

Congism is a great tool for prospecting, lead research & enrichment in Europe. Compared to other tools, it gives you the best contact quality with a large database in Europe.

PROS

Software is very intuitive, easy to use, it has all integrations with the most popular sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin ant etc. Cognism provides one of the best quality contact information in Europe. (Zoominfo is stronger in the US).

CONS

Sometimes contact information is incorrect or outdated, yet all similar software solutions have the same issues and Cognism contact quality is one of the best.

What I like best about Cognism is its ability to empower us with accurate data, AI-driven insights, and a comprehensive toolset, all supported by exceptional customer service. CONS

While I understand the value proposition offered by Cognism, I find that the pricing plans may be relatively high for smaller businesses or startups. Adjusting pricing tiers or offering more flexible payment options could make the platform more accessible to a broader range of users.

One of the best sales tools!

PROS

Fantastic quality data esepcially mobile. They also have some niche industries I was able to get lots of contact numbers for such as the services/plumbing industry.

CONS

Sometime the rev is not as accuate as Zoominfo but they are as good if not better in everything else.

Best in market when it comes to lead generation within Europe

The sheer amount of mobile numbers and email addresses that it has for my prospects.

Simple, East and worth it!

Overall Cognism is definitely the best tool out there for lead gen, database needs. I highly recommend as it now sits as one of the pillars we rely on most for our demand generation team

PROS

Cognism offers you everything you need from quality to quantity of data for your lead generation needs. Data is updated frequently and allows you to reach out to your target audience, whoever that may be.

CONS

Industry titles could be more specific through sub categories, but this is something they are already working on and it is in beta

The seamless way it works with google chrome to instantly bring up the details I need based on the web page i'm looking at.

I only use the chrome plug in, i'm aware there's a larger platform but I have never used it

Solid prospecting tool

9/10 No complaints and a useful tool if you're looking to build a database of outbound contacts.

PROS

Very granular data. Easy to use User-friendly Quick search filters and results.

CONS

No real cons. It's better than previous outbound tools I've used!

The total amount of time spent on finding contact details of Contacts decreased by 80%, being able to sort the verified emails from the non-verified ones.

One of the most important tools in our tech stack.

We use Cognism to get mobile numbers and verified email addresses for prospects. Of which, it has been the best on the market for UK / EMEA data

Extension sometimes bugs out and needs uninstalling and reinstalling

Business-Critical

PROS

Having implemented Cognism into a handful of different businesses, and therefore having experience of utilising the data in multiple industries, selling to a range of buyers, I can honestly say it's unrivalled for both ease-of-use and data quality. I've explored alternatives time and again because Cognism certainly isn't the cheapest on the market, but also because due dil, and time and again it proves to be the only enerprise data platform worth its salt, particularly for the UK and EMEA. It's a tool I use on a daily basis and wouldn't be without. I'll always come back to Cognism for: 1. Ease of setup and onboarding 2. Intuitive, easy to use for all users 3. Simple and robust integration with Salesforce

CONS

My score would be a 10 but for customer success. My most recent experience has been very hands-off (we literally haven't heard from them since the first week of onboarding). Saying that I don't really know what I'd need them for since it's such an easy to use tool, but it would be nice to hear from them once in a while.

Cognism - Campaign Champions!

Very impressed with Cognism, From UX to their customer support, its been incredible

PROS

Cognism is incredible quick and easy to navigate The lead search is one of the best systems I have used You can either use this system for contact finding, lead generation or campaign production The step by step set up for campaigns is incredibly efficient and free's up alot of time

CONS

Trying to navigate around spam requirements which arent incredibly clear when you start using it. If you select the wrong option when generating your campaign lists, you can't go back and amend them (such as number of people in an organisation)

Great service

PROS

I'm a big fan of Cognism's general layout, design and ease of use as well as other features such as intent data which I was fortunate enough to trial. My favorite overall is the LinkedIn Chrome Extension that they provide for data enrichment which works amazingly for me, to add prospects into lists and into Salesforce makes my life much easier.

CONS

I'd like to see some more SME prospects though this would provide considerably more difficult for them to implement I'd imagine and perhaps rather niche use cases.

10/10 Prospecting Tool

Cognism allows me to reach out to most prospects that are a fit for our company. Generating multiple leads, Cognism's data has allowed me to contact various prospects that have signed off on our solution.

PROS

Cognism allows me to find contact details about potential prospects. I have used multiple systems in the past and Cognism comes out on top always with accuracy of data and amount of data.

CONS

Nothing to dislike. Have never had a problem with Cognism

Best data provider I've used

It has doubled (or tripled) our team's performance and we are finding we are having many more conversations

PROS

The webapp is super user friendly and the data quality is very good

CONS

I feel like it doesn't have too many things I don't like. It would be good if the export to SF was slightly quicker, but that may not be an issue on Cognism's end. I would also like if the TPS mobiles didnt export

Good UI, good for BD
