Great start off for beginners. I only did the free trial but I would recommend to others.

Customer service has been amazing as I have learned to navigate through the app within the past 3 months I've been a user and a new business owner.

And still and again no one can or will fix it. It's bc more trouble than it's worth.

Customers can give review even if they did not turn up and the customer service [SENSITIVE CONTENT] WILL TELL YOU THEY WONT REMOVE IT AND THREATEN YOU.

Inability to retract unfair reviews and better customization to text marketing as well as web integration.

My overall experience with Booksy has been phenomenal. M glad that I got turned onto the app because of my barber.

Daily payouts sent a few days out of each month and are never accurate. Customer service can only forward problems to the developers who never do anything.

Everything is always easy and taken care of. Booksy appreciate their customers and thats why i appreciate them.

So BEWARE OF THIS APP AND THE CHARGES. I have tried to erase my bank information and all other personal information, it will not let me erase my information.

This wouldn't fall under the category of dislike necessarily.

Have to enter them as retail but that messes with taxes come tax time. Could enter as a service but either way there’s no keep track of them and have to do it manually in notes.

All my clients love the reminders they get. It makes it so much easier for me instead of texting everyone and i love how it sends me my client notes before their appointments.

They say they do they say they listen they dont. I have friends who refuse to use this system because you cant control where people book appointments.

When an appointment is upcharged during service , the amount due is reverted back to the original booking causing the business to lose money.

I love Gloss for so many reasons, but mostly because it has changed my whole business for the better. I love the organization and the smooth booking process from start to finish.

Very little options for editing messages that go out to clients. It automatically tells them to call to cancel/ reschedule.

So they have to book new appt then remember to go back and cancel. Sometimes they don’t do so and I end up with a spot that could have been booked.

I enjoy using the mass email blast to remind my clients about promotions, discounts, etc. i think it's definitely worth the monthly spend! it keeps my day-to-day business steady and organized.
