RepeatMD dedicated their time to truly understand our practice's needs and wants and customized the entire app to suit our practice and patients perfectly. They are the Best!!!

I would like more support to make my subscription with RepeatMD successful.
I love the app, however, I have not been successful in making it profitable for my business. My rep never checks in with me or provides any ideas or support to help.

CONSLack of support from customer service representative. No real interaction to make platform successful for my business.
Reasons for switching to RepeatMD
I was told that RepeatMD provided more services and had a more hands on approach with business owners, however, I found out that's not the case. I would like for someone to call me regarding my account.

Do not waste your time and money
Poor service and no response to client concerns. They keep changing my account specialist

CONSExpensive, horrible customer service. Takes over a week to get any response. They keep sending you to various individuals without any resolution.

The concept is there....time will tell if future iterations of the product will be what we need
I'm still hopeful this investment will pay off. In it's current format, I feel it's limited with what I can do with it. The lack of control and heavy leaning on RepeatMD staff seems like it would be a detriment to their own sustainability. Give me the control, and the tools I need and I'll take it from there. I'm am putting a lot of hope into 2.0, and if it doesn't deliver what I need I'm not sure we can continue on once our contract expires.
PROS1. Ease of build and deployment. 2. Staff is great, quick, and easy to work with3. The concept is spot on. We just need to make it work now.
CONS1. Control over the app leaves much to be desired. So many things I want to do require reaching out to get it accomplished. I NEED MORE CONTROL. Hopefully 2.0 will do this.2. Need gift cards, and better marketplace (non package) to maximize resale. And then need control over it. Again, hopefully 2.03. Integration with our EMR. Every package we sell, must be duplicated/invoiced in our EMR. Not sure of a way around this, and not sure if other things like this probably require the same thing.4. Transparency and Support of the technical infrastructure. They've been improving on this.5. The occasional masterclass is great. But would really like to see some more consistent INTERACTIVE training/best practices, etc.

The [sensitive content hidden] of RepeatMD made their case. The case studies helped. The ease of deployment promises was good. I believe that these guys are visionaries. I just need to get more from it.

Lifesaver for Me
RepeatMD has consistently delivered accurate guidance, giving me peace of mind and saving me countless trips to the doctor's office. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking trustworthy medical advice from the comfort of their own home.

Don’t Fall for this company
Has been horrible. They acknowledged that they did not meet the expectations that i was given. Agreed to financially compensate me but only agreed to less than half of what i spent with them. Not a good company. There are better more cost effective option out there.

CONSHorrible to work with. Was misled. Was told the actual app would be available 2 months after joining. Found out a year in the app had been available and being used by other local companies that joined AFTER me. I was lied to and told it was not available. But i was paying for the service others were receiving.

An exceptional loyalty platform
The RepeatMD app has enabled us to retain almost 95% of our patients through its mobile rewards platform, which is an unprecedented result for our practice.
CONSA possible area for improvement would be to broaden the variety of treatments available on the marketplace. Having a wider range of options would increase our revenue streams.

No happy
Not good ! It appears that the entire company communicates with emails only and all employees or most of them at least work from home so information is slow. All The different departments seam to not be connected or share information or be on the same page. Prices were entered and advertised wrong so we had to honor that and lost money ! Not very well managed !
PROSRewards program but most of the time we did not get a code to post in the patents account
CONSReports are too late and do not contain enough information. Very hard to track payments for memberships and RMD only sends emails to parents for credit card payment updates. No one calls the parents to update cards so if the email they have is wrong then the parent has no way of knowing that their card is expired.

Adding Rewards and Loyalty is vital to success for a Med Spa
It's been okay. At the macro level, they give a lot of support such as masterclasses and a great CSS. On the day to day, you a kinda left on your own particularly if a client has trouble with the app. The app is really best for iPhone which leaves Android customers a bit in the dark.
PROSOnline Marketplace, Rewards, and Loyalty program is vital to give a med spa an edge against the competition.
CONSCustomer support for the app is poor. There is no phone number to call when clients have trouble saving app to Home Screen which is one of the most important features. The CSS is great in designing memberships. The app does not present context sensitive pricing so you have to very careful with the pricing of the packages or one of the seasonal specials might result in you losing money on a package due to double dibbing on discounts

CONSGiving us as the client in the back end to cancel patients. Tracking beauty banks on the app for each client so we do not have to track it internally.

Poor ROI
I did not solve any of my current problems.
PROSThat I felt like I have a legitimate app for my patients to have on their phone for easy access
CONSFor the monthly cost, there was a lot of work that was required by me. In addition to the monthly fee, I also gave a way a lot of free gifts to the clients, which really affected the ROI on a small business.

A game changer in the aesthetic Industry!
Amazing is an understatement!
PROSAdding this option to our practice has been paramount. Patient love to use their rewards and we have noticed significantly increased traffic and loyalty, especially because patients don't have to shop around for pricing. They have the peace of mind that everything is affordable in our clinic with Affirm. RepeatMD has taught us a new profitable business model in which we are no longer leading with discounts. Having to compete with cheap was exhausting.
CONSHard to get in touch with costumer support, probably because they are overwhelmed with calls from practices.

Nothing good to say about them. They dont deliver.
