Pros
- The technical support was outstanding with follow up and regular conversations as we developed the program to fit our specific industry contracts and documents database needs.
- Cobblestone is a great system that allows me to manage our contracts, find documents and complete tasks in a timely manner. Customer support is wonderful, always very responsive.
Cons
- The only downside I can see was there wasn't a mobile app but they have listened to our feedback and added this within the past few months.
- Lag time and inability to remove/hide out-of- the-box fields/modules; however, the accustomed to the platform a user becomes, the less those elements are noticed.
Pros
- The ease of use and the ease of locating the information.
- The layout and accessibility is superb. Nice flow to the pages, very logically created software.
Cons
- The different pages are hard to navigate between. There are hundreds of reporting options but most seem to be useless from a recruiting standpoint.
- Sometimes when I am reporting my hours, the end date will disappear randomly. This isn't a huge problem but a mild annoyance.
