Inventory planner is easy use, integration is quick and simple and the customer support it amazing.

Variety of forecasting options and models that can be set for different products or categories is excellent. The reporting is detailed, excellent and configurable.

When there are extended periods of downtime there is a risk of data loss through syncs failing. Customer support is barely interested.

We needed to identify what was selling, what was dead stock and what we likely to run out of before the next delivery arrived.

It is totally awesome it makes my work ease. Through it now I am able to manage my things well.

In my case, the interface is rather bloated and confusing, because we only need a few features. But for a larger enterprise, I understand why a lot more of those tools would be needed.

Keeping track of our Purchase Orders thanks to some extra fields (compared to Quickbooks Commerce). Great complementary product to Quickbooks Commerce - it syncs the POs and sales very well.

Integration was a huge concern but was made seamless by the Peach team. Usability and pricing matrix are key features.

These normally get fixed but that is a task in itself and you are made to feel like it is something you are doing wrong. The reporting is over complicated and building your own reports is painful.

I feel like the future will be strong for both Peach and our business which is great.

Period lock and then getting as of date trial balance and financial statements are difficult. Difficult to edit details of invoices once entered.
