Pros
- The GUI and various options are easy to figure out and configure. There are many different backup options, and the on-board Ransomware protection is a plus.
- Acronis has been easy to configure and reliable for offsite backup solution. The ability to integrate with RMM solutions has been greatly beneficial for our company and the companies we support.
Cons
- This confuses the user and it get worse when it comes to agent updates - there the one machine can show the actual version wehre the other remains on the pervious build.
- The product has no flaws and would not say there are any cons to using it.
Pros
- Deployment and setup is very easy and it is very reliable. Integrates well with domain setup.
- Good robust cloud data protection system that has flexible yet facilitating features that enables organization to protect data and users to access data when needed.
Cons
- While I’ve only seen the end user side of this where I go in and find something I’ve lost-that’s all I need to worry about. I can’t say what it’s like to administer druva.
- It is sometimes picky and hard to figure out what to exclude from backing up. It is pattern oriented, mostly, but I am always unsure how much of a pattern is needed.
