What I like most about the Server Management Suite is it allows to control, monitor and make changes to multiple servers at the same time without remotely going into each one to make changes or check statuses and the automated, robust patch management to increase security.

What I like least about Server Management Suite is it can be difficult to learn if you don't have any training on the system. The support staff at SMP is excellent and will assist in any way possible.

The possibility of seeing the events that occur in the network in real time through dynamic graphics, one of the most interesting functions is the possibility of hot migration of the created virtual machines, additionally, from the console, you can perform this instruction so that several operations are performed on the servers, such as on, off, backups. In addition, the installation is very simple and does not consume many resources.

It does not support operating systems that are old, I think they should have something like legacy systems for these cases.

It has some goo features that we use however they are far and few in between.

Hard to deploy agents. App hangs after opening the app. Does not load all features (requires restart)
