The initial setup is sometimes a pain, the user creation can be off by one letter in AD, and the only way to know is if you go into admin logs on Authpoint to find out.

You enter your password and you are done. I do not experience any lag or issues.

You get horrible reporting if any, limited third party integration, you can't even completely integrate with Azure for two-factor.
