The customer service team is excellent. You always feel supported and they go above and beyond to make sure any issue is resolved expediently.
PROSEven if you are a novice with software applications, The Textback UI is very intuitive and is easy for anyone to learn quickly. It's robust functionality that is constantly being improved with cutting edge features is only exceeded by its unparalleled customer service. As a daily user of Textback for 2+ years, I highly recommend this product.
CONSAlthough it was very intuitive, building responder trees was the most challenging part of the learning curve. This was mostly because it was new functionality we had never worked with before. As Textback continues to build upon their service, detailed use-cases and examples in this facet of the software application will be extremely useful.

All-In Solution for (SMS) Data Management & Sending + In-Depth Analytics/Features
Overall experience has been very good, Textback has been the only sending platform I have actively used since we started and haven't stopped using since, we ran Australia, UK, US, Canada and France with Textback and results have been good so far. As for the account managers, they are always active and very friendly, whenever you have feedback or need help they will reply to you in a timely manner and find a suitable solution.
PROSTextback is extremely easy to use and you can set up multiple accounts per geo, route, vertical (your preference), data management and storage is the beste I have seen so far in the industry with built-in data validation and carrier validation.
CONSDoes not support API, after updates the software can have some bugs, but these are often resolved soon
