Slicktext is a step above
I love SlickText. The team is awesome and the software is top notch. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is really a step above when it comes to customer satisfaction and going above and beyond to make sure slicktext customers are taken care of

An Assistant in my Pocket!!
My overall experience with SlickText has been GREAT!!! 1-10, I'd definitely give it a 10. The product is great and the customer service is top teir!!
PROSWhat I LOVE most about SlickText is the ability to schedule the texts to go out when I want them to. This gives me the leverage that I need to reach people at prime times as opposed to being stuck to having to send the message 'right then'.
CONSThe only thing that I like least about this software is the fact that sending a picture takes up double the amount of texts. I really dont understand why this is, but I just roll with it and manage my texts accordingly. I DO however, love the rollover feature where unused texts carry over to the next month. That helps.
Reason for choosing SlickText
Because with Mailchimp, the engagement rate is nowhere near as high with emails as it is with text messages. It just made sense to roll with SlickText.

Has so far exceeded my expectations. Should be easy to grow. I like the alacarte pricing structure and the roll over texts. They also offered me free key words...just ask and they can hook up a couple extra if we need them---i thought that was great
PROSCustomer support is extremely quick to respond...you can even call them which is unheard of nowadays. Integrates very easily with zapier

Terrible service, refused to cancel our account when we no longer using the service
Terrible. Stay away! There are far better services you can use!
PROSNothing, the customer service was particularly terrible.
CONSWe sent a cancellation request over a year ago. They didn’t cancel our account and continued to bill us for 12 months. When we called to cancel for the second time they argued with us and refused to hear our complaint. The employee said (direct quote) “I’m not talking to you about this and there’s no management for you to talk to.”

We are able to organize our separate location contact lists and easily schedule mass text messages
CONSThe limited character count makes it difficult for us to not personalize messages with images and emojis

Great SMS Automation Workflow
I needed to deliver content in a drip format overtime to my users. But, I also needed a degree of conditional logic and interactivity, and slicktext was able to meet that.
PROSWas able to create a fairly in-depth automated texting experience for my customers. Loved their customer service that helped me every step of the way from onboarding to troubleshooting.
CONSAt times, this did not have the degree of flexibility that I wished. Had to occasionally find creative workarounds when designing a workflow that added complexity. But, still more than met my needs.

At the time of decision, SlickText's automated workflow was more developed and with a better feature set.

Many Great Features
Interface, easy to use, custom fields, ability to create segments, survey texts that are linked to contacts, tracking click rate of URLs. My favorite thing is that text messages rollover to the next month. Customer service has been superb so far as well. They are always available and quickly answer my questions.
CONSI cannot merge select contacts from one textword to another. I don't receive a confirmation once a scheduled campaign has been deployed.

SlickText Review
It is very easy to navigate around the app. There are a lot of features. The support team is quick to get back to you and very helpful.
CONSI am still in my free trial but so far I have not had a bad experience yet.

Easy to Use and Affordable
I've had a great experience using SlickText for marketing campaigns. I am able to easily copy/paste campaigns, review link clicks, and get replies from customers. I especially like the customer service- they are very available during work hours and respond quickly.
CONSThe integration with Hubspot is imperfect, so we have to manually upload any new customers outside of Slicktext. There is also a bit of difficulty seeing the change history or keeping track of whether any issues with a campaign.

Easy Texting
I've reached out to Customer Service, via chat, multiple times. Each time they are quick, informative and friendly.

CONSNotification alerts are almost non-existent which isn't ideal.

Stellar Customer Service, Easy to Use Platform
SlickText is a lot more intuitive than other SMS marketing platforms I've used. On the off chance that you can't immediately figure out a feature on your own, there are video tutorials for almost everything. On top of that, they also have a great customer service team. Within the dashboard is a live chat box where you can be connected with a real human within a couple of minutes. Every person I've interacted with has been super helpful.
PROSSlickText is very easy to pick up. There are plenty of useful features, and none of them are difficult to figure out.
CONSThe analytics could be a little more detailed, but you get the basic info that you need.

Why to chose slick text!
Overall the experience we have had with Slick Text has been phenomenal! The customer service is top notch and the sales reps truly care about finding the best fit for your organization! It feels like you are truly part of the slick text team and not just a stream of income!
PROSSlick text is user-friendly and easy for everyone to learn! It is also quick to implement and set up! You can start texting your audience on the day you sign up!
CONSI don't think there is anything I dislike about slick text. It would be amazing if the roll over texts didn't expire but usually that is not an issue as we seem to always use up our texts on time!

Slick Text's pricing was very transparent without any potential hidden fees and was friendly to our different amount of text needs through out the year. Not every month of the year does our organization need 50,000 texts and slick text was able to help us find a plan that would fit our needs.

Overall my experinec with slick text has been great. Customer service has helped us quickly due to one glitch and ever since then, slick text has only made our clinic's communication a lot better.
PROSSlick text helps our clinic communicate to our patients their next follow up appointments and give us a place where we can also text the patient, 1x1.
CONSThe only thing that could use some are of opportunities is being able to re-send a text to just one person at just 1 click of a button instead of a whole group.

I Use this consistently for my business.. since 2018!
As someone who needed systems in place, this platform has been the most headache free! Easy to set up, Easy to have multiple segmented audiences and I have the links conveniently in my email lists and website links.
CONSThe only thing I would improve is the text message rollovers, I have thousands of rollover texts because I do not spam my clients but I needed the upgraded version for my different lists

Great for grassroots outreach
Overall I love this product. Just fix the overcharging for the use of Spanish instead of English. This is a matter of equity.
PROSOur participants generally don't have computers. They do everything online using their phones. This tool is the best way for us to communicate with our clients easily.
CONSMany of our clients are monolingual Spanish speakers. We are charged extra for the use of Spanish characters in our texts. This makes communication with more than half of our participants very expensive. This needs to be fixed.

Easy to Learn and Has so Many Functions!
We love the mass texting of course but we also love the text-to-win contest features and the qr codes!
CONSIt seems a little overwhelming once you first get in there and you have to build a lot of the portions individually before connecting everything, but there are so many videos to help and the support staff was so amazing to work with and answer all of my questions.

Great text messaging software!
This is the most direct way I've found to reach my readers. You see a higher CTR than email by a lot. The customer service chat on the site is also great and I've had a good experience with that.
PROSI like how easy it is to schedule text messages and all the tutorials that come with every part of the site.
CONSI think the cost could be improved and it would be nice not to get charged extra for media. Considering the cost, I think they do their best to offer a great product with flexible options.

SlickText is Great for Mass Contacting
Overall, SlickText is an essential part of communicating with our agents. It is just right for what we are using it for which is standard text reminders. I'd recommend to fellow businesses.
PROSThe feature that impacts our business the most is the multiple groups you are able to send messages to. The fact that unused messages roll over is very important for us. Also, the fact that is so easy to use anyone can learn this system fairly easily and that helps our processes.
CONSI believe that the contacts portion of SlickText can be more robust. It is pretty standard which makes it user friendly, but it would be nice to be able to put a contact in more than 1 group without having to manually add all their information to another group.
