We like the versality of features and the ease of use.

It is actually hard to run an Alumni platform and community because it is very hard to onboard the community.

We're getting so much more than we could find anywhere else, at a great price point.

User friendly interface with all in one modules for events, emails, website, analytics.

Sometimes the price can be a bit much, which makes it difficult being in a team, we can't all use the software.

Hivebrite are a great company to work with - responsive and supportive to our needs they offer a great service that is affordable for an SME like ours. I would highly recommend.

The Live Feed, Events, and Directory are great features for a community.

We are currently using Hivebrite platform as a networking platform for our scholarship recipients. We haven't launched yet but I am hopeful that this will be a great platform.

Software is great so is customer service. We strongly recommend HiveBrite to community managers worldwide.

There is a charge for each financial transaction made by users within the platform, in addition to the standard fee for Stripe and Paypal, which is quite abusive and inconvenient.

I like the Event section as it is very complete.

We were looking for a software to unite and engage a very spread alumni community all over the world. It served the purpose good although there is a lot of soft engagement to be done in our side.

A friendly user-centric design, easy to use and simple customization options were the main reasons to choose Hivebrite.

User friendly, a lot of possibilities to customize, in line with GDPR, adequate and friendly helpdesk.

Easily controlled by user, peronalizatin is great.

The customization is easy and allows to integrate into the existing CDI.

The only thing I don't like using is the lack of UI and UX Customer Experience. The design is outdated and sometimes it really feels clunky.

Don't have too much to say about what I dislike.

It's not so easy figuring out the correct time to leave between posts.

Finally,  they are lacking in sufficient tech support. Whereas other companies have videos or provide screenshots, SocialOomph doesn't avail themselves of this type of tech support.

Social Oomph is very easy to use, once you understand how to set it up.

The one thing I miss (which many others offer) is a calendar layout to be able to see your schedule on that kind of grid.

If I want to respond to someone I still have to go into twitter and reply, but I have the reassurance that my account is active.

SocialOomph is really easy to set-up, use and schedule your Tweets. It's quick and their tracking ability is good.

I like that fact that it can be super quick to schedule a bare bones post if you're just wanting a simple option.

They keep offering pro/premium features all the time to the point that sometimes it gets annoying.

I use this product to schedule tweets to Twitter. This software allows me to schedule a week of tweets, including links, in advance so my account stays active.

SocialOomph's previous version of their social media scheduling app was a good one that allowed for repeating tweets on any frequency schedule that didn't violate Twitter's terms of service.

Purge it on SocialOomph. Also, it's free to use on Twitter.

Additionally, Socialoomph lets you publish in virtually any configuration you want, from specifically scheduled dates, to regular intervals etc. Customer support is prompt and excellent.

It interfaces perfectly with Twitter and Facebook for me, and I can instantly add posts, or just go in and fine posts from my history and post again.

I really liked their Purge Tweet feature. Got a correction you need to do.

I used to recommend SocialOomph in my blog posts.

My overall experience was one of frustration, consternation, and anger.
