Aerie is an amazing software. It's not just about the software but the people behind the scenes.

Some of the features that we would like to see are available but for an extra fee. With our limited budget that sometimes makes it difficult.

Making mails groups to send insted of entry one by one each mail. Mark authomatically as obsolete, versions of one document.

The continous improvement of access. When we think something is to hard to get to, the AH staff figures out a new easy button to help the software be more user friendly.

All features are very noble. It has easy tools to make document controls.

There are delays in opening / finding documents. BUt that seems to be life these days with more and more people being forced to work from home, home school or be on the internet.

We are currently planning 119 projects for the next 2 years-design/construct. The folks in Greenville are professional and customer focused and I appreciate thier patience.

The customer service is great. They will customize to your needs and help you with whatever issues are at hand.

They are truly customer-oriented while their competitors are not. I highly recommend their software as it will improve the quality of your life like it has done for me.

The software is easy to use and search. We have over two million square feet to manage for CMS compliance and this is easy to keep up to date.

I haven't found anything that I don't like but, if I did AerieHub would work with me to adjust it.

Sometimes it's a little confusing to work through all of the options, especially when you're not spending all day every day in the map.

Customer service has been great throughg our years with Concept3D, and I can definitely say the tool has only improved in that time. An eye for design pairs well with the solid functionality.

When we first started, wayfinding was included, but now is an extra cost. Our students miss the wayfinding feature.

The ease of use, especially during set up was my favorite thing by far. I appreciated that Concept3D had an icon library set up, that was helpful in setting up the layers we wanted on our map.

It's incredibly easy to use on the front and the back end. Has some great features and we really like how you can create multiple tours.

We have a building that will be finished in a couple years, so there were just design documents to use of it, and Concept3D did amazing at adding it to the map.

I love the detail that the graphics team puts into the 3D map to make it look as accurate as possible. I am also impressed with how mobile friendly it is.

The Concept3D interactive map product is visually stunning and provides amazingly accurate representations of our campuses.

The back end editor is a little cumbersome and confusing.

The software is easy to use, has an abundance of features and an amazing detail of our campus in 3D. I also appreciate the fact that it works on all devices without third-party add ons.

We also love the 360 tour itself, as this is a fantastic way to showcase our campuses and bring a personal touch to who we are as a university to those not yet familiar.

Some were out of date, all of them were hard to really navigate in relation to our actual campus.

We had a hand-drawn customized map that was difficult to maintain.

It's a unique and attractive tool to help promote our university and to assist the thousands of visitors and new students who come to our campuses each year.

The maps are a really cool interface and our users love to interact with them.

CMS is somewhat of a learning curve to get used to and has a few quirks about it. Customization options can sometimes seem limited to more web savvy users who may want to add their own styles.

This software created a beautiful, useful rendering of our campus. It really allowed our beauty to shine through.

With the built-in content management system (CMS), administrators can store and organize digital media files including images and videos on a centralized platform.
