  • Pros

  • Several times we have used logz.io to track down issues in real time with ease. In addition, if you have a suggestion or question, the response time is outstanding.
  • Easy to use, intuitive tool helps us and is very useful in what we propose to do. We're reasonably satisfied.
  • Cons

  • Subscription plans should be more progressive, sometimes if the maximum event ingestion is met, the events are lost.
  • Logz.io SIEM offers a wide range of customization possibilities, however setting and fine-tuning some functions can be difficult and time-consuming.

  • I like the instant, fluid information that lets me quickly get the information I want when I want it how I want it, sales me hours a week, what's not to like.
  • The ease to use and train employees on this BI tool makes it best in the market. The power of building your own databases, customizing reports and the level of customer service is outstanding.
  • Cons

  • Unless someone is a pro on Phocas, it is difficult to navigate your way around it and completely understand how to use it.
  • I also occasionally print a report that displays in a weird format with regards to column headings and column widths.
