The product keeps improving where I think things are already good, and is quick to address current issues.

It was a difficult system for me to learn and I couldn't find much training material for it. The reports you can run are basic and need a lot of manipulation to do any analytics.

The functionality and communication to our CMS does not work well. The implementation also took much longer than expected.

After this we made changes to our requirements and also implemented a milestone tracker which has help every single student.

Offers a variety of different software solutions that integrates with its ERP (Banner or Colleague). Along with a variety of ancillary applications that integrate with the ERP.

The company itself is the worst. Their customer service is abysmal.

Integration with other products can be very glitchy at times. It takes someone with serious knowledge to be able to navigate that process.

Visually appealing and the user interface is easy to use and navigate through tabs. A nice face lift from the older interface.

I would never recommend this service to my worst enemy. Don't walk away from Ellucian, RUN.

I guess the only good thing I can say about this software is that it works (kind of) most of the time.

It is awesome to use for allowing students to track degree progress. It is simple for them to log on & see what is still needed.

This product is for higher education institutions. Ellucian is behind many competitors in this space however, it has realized this and  is making positive changes in the right places.

Unless the user  knows what they want there is a chance of getting lost. Ive been using the software for about 4 years now and i sometimes get lost or have to search for specific information.

The community that is always ready to help each other. You can reach out to hundreds of users and get answers.

My workplace uses Ellucian's Banner 9 for a Learning Management System. It's great to use codes to view different records.

The one problem we run into with Ellucian is that training to use the product is difficult. Many screens have specific acronyms to access them, which is hard for people to remember.

As professional in tech I decided to enroll in some part time college classes for enrichment and I was appalled at the software system both schools had for students.

Ellucian powers institutions with technology and services to help students like me to achieve these goals.

A mess of a company and a patchwork of modules.

I love how it has most College Institutes available you can sign into your see your classes you are registered for how much you owe and order your your books from it.

Software patches and updates from Ellucian are notorious for breaking various modules, connections between modules, etc.

This software is one of the most useful software that I have gone though. It helps me a lot in finding scholarship oppartunities.

Data is stored un-uniformly in 'shotgun' style in the database making migration away from banner very difficult. There is no dashboard -- the entire user interface is a very weak showing.

I think it could be a great software for higher education/universities. However, there are flaws and it’s not the most user friendly.

Can't tell you how many times I've been doing something fairly simple and suddenly Ellucian stops working or says a page can't be displayed.

It has very secure and solid database which is essential for the above mentioned matters.

We use Banner and eRecruit CRM. We expected the CRM/ERP integration to be the best selling point when choosing the CRM application.

The gradebook and report cards are something difficult for teachers to use, due to the grade standards difficult to match.

Sometimes, it may feel somehow restricted ( duplicate classes and data).

Most of the integration was easy to do, hopefully the rest of our staff feels the same way.

SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been there with us every step of the way and her support has been invaluable in our feeling comfortable with the program and all its features.

The only areas that appear difficult are the ones that we have not needed to use or have not yet used, such as the grading system for our students.

I have run into trouble with parents signing back into their accounts after initial registration.

If I want to be very, very demanding, it could have some integration regarding expenses and some economic aspects.

I searched for a system for months that was easy and affordable, signed up and tried it for free, received the demo and became a paying customer. So glad I did and would recommend it.

Our overall experience with DreamClass is very positive, the way that we are able to track students and use our scheduling is far better and more efficient than the way we were doing this before.

It lacks mobile responsiveness and even on tablet, the view gets distorted.

The support team and account managers are extremely responsive and helpful. I have used many SIS and this one performs task well at a fraction of the cost.

This fosters a sense of community and encourages active engagement in the learning process. But I also have expressed a desire for more integrations with other educational tools and platforms.

Teacher usability is very important for us, and the fact that our staff were able to utilize said features without much training necessary was super helpful.

This program is so powerful and clear for online courses and schools.

In addition, the ongoing support from the company and responsiveness to changes to make it better for our usage has made it easy to transition over.

My point of contact, Lids, was always quick to reply and help solve any situation we encountered. The DreamClass team was able to customize our report cards that worked best for our school.

The software is affordable but able to do everything we needed to have a successful summer school program. My favorite aspect of the company is the customer service.

There are some features missing due to it being a newer software, but just in the 2 weeks we've been using this they have already starting rolling out some of those features.

Students and teachers have access to their own area, which is easy to use and that is an important feature. I am overall happy with the platform, I will probably add the online payment anytime soon.
