One of the best App for School Management!
Indeed, it's an app - all in one that makes school administration very easy and the communication with parents amazing. What I like the most is the Billing and Payment Module, it makes soo easy to calculate, issue, and invoice and to keep track of all payments and debts. Of course, I would love to mention the Technical Supporting Team - always, but always ready to help and to come up with a solution. Students database and teachers is well structured.
CONSI would love to have a check-in/out for Teachers. For the time we have been using this app, I found this feature that is what's missing. Also, add more details for the teachers, such as birthdays so we will have them on the newsfeed as events and other minor changes.

Accessibility. Efficiency. Adaptability.
Kinderpedia is very intuitive, and I can easily find the information I need. I particularly appreciate the availability of the "Technical Support" staff, the promptness with which they intervene when we need assistance, and their ability to adapt to the specific needs of each institution.
PROSI have at my disposal the main information I need. I can easily see how many children are absent from each class, monitor attendance and track the results obtained. I can communicate quickly with parents. Depending on the type of information I need to convey, I can choose to communicate individually, at the class level, or at the school level. The "Documents" module helps us have on hand, both us and the parents, the documents necessary for good organization (school year structure, school regulations, specific objectives for each discipline, etc.).
CONSIt would help me if in the "News Feed" section, I could choose to make posts visible to other teachers in the school, even if they don't teach in that specific class. It would be a way for teachers to share their classroom activities with other colleagues.

Best school to parent app
I have in the same place all the information about what my child does at the school. Information like the hour table, the projects his is part of, the curriculum the class is going through.

CONSIn the past we had some issues with newsletters ( solved). Also the feature of posting clips is only available in app. Also from app when creating albums you can only upload 30 photos at a time ( on computer you can select more at once)

Best aplication for kindergarden

Kinderpedia is the best app to use in the educational field
The platform is intuitive and although it took a time for everybody in the team to learn how to use it, we all realised it was worth working with it. It has everything included from attendance, invoices system integrated, payments check, class organisation, assignment for students and many other tools we don’t really need. Furthermore, you can easily send messages from teachers to students and internal team, so you no longer need Whatsapp.
PROSWe believe it’s the most efficient app in terms of organising any type of educational institution because it has all the useful tools you need.
CONSIn terms of invoicing, we’d have preferred the system to have an integrated facility for automatic transmission of the tax invoice based on the payment notification.

Very useful software for schools
Kinderpedia is extremely useful for school management and also class management. It is compact, it has everything you need so no other softwares are needed.
PROSThe software is very modern, useful, great for mobile. It has lots of features, it looks very friendly and both parents and teachers love it.
CONSThere is really nothing that i don't like. It would be fantastic to add some HR features. And maybe other cost plans, specially for schools with a high number of students.
Reasons for switching to KINDERPEDIA
For all the features Kinderpedia has . The other software was old (from 2000), it hasn't been improved since, it didn't work on the mobile, it was less friendly and so on.

Kinderpedia - a trusted help
Kinderpedia facilitated communication with parents by providing them with daily feedback in an organized way and helped me manage some work points remotely, knowing what activities are being done, how many children are present, etc.
PROSIt makes my job easyer. I like that everything related with the means of comunication are in one place, but what I like the most is that it made the administrative part easier for me and I have access to general information about the children in the kindergarten
CONSI don't like that much the message system

Life is easier with you, thank you!
PROSPaper work is much less. I very much like the marking system: it is no longer on paper, parents can see the marks immediately. Also, absentees can be marked in one click.Communication with parents is done in a professional manner. Teacher's lesson preparation is much easier. I am typing the full lesson plan in the timetable section. During the lesson I find all the preparation in one place: steps of the lesson, links, attachments, PPT, pictures, whatever I need to present the learners during each lesson in the timetable.
CONSLive chat needs some improvements in structure. It takes quite some time to search and find a specific discussion/ link. Also, often 2-3 separate discussions overlap, and it creates a mixture of conversations.

Invoices management and attendance reports were a life saver for us.
PROSI like that I can have attendance, communication and financial aspects in the same app.
CONSThe videos upload is quite slow, it could be faster. My teachers avoid uploading videos because of this.

Good choice for general school management
Overall a very good software for general school / afterschool businesses. Very diverse for a variety of areas that a school business uses.
PROSGrading options as well as class schedulling and lass management.
CONSInvoicing options integration. Couldn't apply separate prices per child/family, couldn't apply discounts. Albeit the payment process for clients is smooth, the overall management options for the admin side is limited compared to my business needs.

Great kindergarten management tool
Kinderpedia helps us on a daily basis to improve communication with parents. Having all the information in one place simplify the management of communication channels.
CONSI can't say that is something I don't like. Anyway, there is still some room for improvements :)
