Bungee is THE answer for survey management
We've been using the system for a few years and we're really pleased with it. The flexibility and ease of use are exceptional. We have thousands of users accessing the software simultaneously and there have been zero issues with latency or system crashes. We foresee using the software for many years to come.
PROSWe love this software. It's so much more extensive than the other survey tools available. So easy to customize surveys with extensive question/answer types. Initially we used an e-accreditation system and were able to import/export data. We now use Virtual Atlantic's Jetpack solution which works seamlessly and really enhances our ability to collect and evaluate data. The reporting flexibility is top-notch.
CONSWe really weren't crazy about the software we were using previously and were ready to implement something new. The Implementation time frame was 3-4 months which we understood but was difficult to wait for.

Virtual Atlantic was really patient with us as we went through the requirements process and they offered a lot of support and great advice. We never felt pressured and really appreciated their expertise and sincerity. We had a lot of frustrations with the lack of communication and limitations from our previous vendor. This has been a complete 180.

Full-scale survey software
Bungee has been really easy to use and it does everything my organization needs and more. Virtual Atlantic has been terrific to work with. They have gone above and beyond to support our needs.
PROSThis software does everything I need it to do. It’s so much more robust than using SurveyMonkey or another basic survey product.
CONSI haven't found a single con with the software.

The software does everything you can need and what it doesn't do can be customized. The Virtual Atlantic staff has been great. I don't think another software could offer as much as this one does.

A complete survey package
I've had a good experience with it. Very easy to conduct surveys and our users like it
PROSEasy collection and analysis of data, extensive reporting, ability to integrate charts and graphs
CONSit has everything we need for now. Perhaps in the future we might run into things we might need that the system does not offer
