I didn't find any disadvantages at the time of testing.

The platform is super poweful and easy to use. The ability to create a new project, review and delploy into the market is seamless and the results portal is clean, intuitive and a big winner with our clients. The ability to also filter results by key attributes is a big winner.

Don't have any issues with the software and when we have asked for additional features the customer service team have only been too willing to accommodate our requests. Constant updates and upgrades show that GLOW are continuing to invest and develop this platform which is great for companies like ours.

It is useful for what it is, but other software programs of this same nature work easier.

I appreciate the survey templates they offer for this software. It makes it easier and faster to create the polling content you want. It also allows you to view your data in real-time from the surveys, which is convenient.

It is not quite as easy to get surveys out to everyone you would like. I wish there was more user-friendly email accessibility.

Glow platform is a survey management tool,allow users to create surveys for business purpose to understand consumers behaviour.The Glow platform is helpful for the organisations of every size to find data driven sentiments. The best thing is glow also provides data analysis tool as well as questionary ( a library of questions) which is very helpful.

Sometime the glow paltform is not much user-friendly, and the prices for the pro version are high.Else till now I found everything helpful that glow platform provides.
