The software has saved me hours upon hours of work that I would have been doing manually. I love the software because of its affordability. It allows capacity for me to expand to add additional users as my business will grow in the future.

The client portal is what I love most. I can allow the client to participate in this process which is critical. They get to learn more intimately about how their income and expenses flow through their household.

There are features of the software that I am not taking full advantage of because I am not certain in what ways I can utilize the feature to my advantage.

I like the interface, easy to navigate and easy on the eyes. The fields and relation between them are logical. Also the support team has been great, and has actually made me aware of features I was not using which add to the value.

sometimes API messes up with weird error messages but not common. Also at first I would sometimes end up in the account/billing area when I sign on, not the client access area, but this seems like it was fixed.

over they have been really great to work with. The customer service is wonderful they go above and beyond to help with any problems

that the forms auto fill and you can make changes and it follows through to other forms they are always trying to improve.

it would be nice to have a per case charge instead of paying monthly if you aren't using it. Also would be nice to be able to turn off some features not needed to reduce the cost.

It's good as a run of the mill program. I cannot stand that I always have to click the button at the bottom of the client page to see my entire caseload... that's obnoxious.

I like that it maintains my client's tax debt issues in one concise area for our use, and that we can easily pull transcripts whenever we need.

I don't like that I have to always click the tab at the bottom to see my entire list of clients - that is SUPER annoying. I also don't like that you can't split a personal financial statement to reflect the percentage one spouse brings into the household versus the other.

I was using another software provider and it was overly complex. I used this software for an Offer in Compromise and was impressed with the layout. It was very intuitive and easy to use. Plus, the IRS accepted it first time, so I was very happy with the result.

I chose IRS Solutions because it is logical, easy to use, it provides all the necessary tools for resolution cases, it is affordable, and great customer service. It is all-in-one package for all of your tax resolution needs. No hidden fees. You can find templets to letters, all forms, updated client transcripts and other helpful tools. IRS solutions marketing tools are the best, I use it all the time on social media. I have successfully closed a few complex tax resolution cases using their software.

I cannot tell what I like least about IRS Solutions. So far it's been great!

I have successfully obtained installment agreements and CNC statuses for clients and would not have done these engagements without the software.

The product is easy to use and there are webinars every month that help with using features. The features I like best are the ability to download transcripts, the CSED and new bankruptcy date calculators and the ability to create a client engagement with just a few clicks that includes all the steps needed. I have also received one-on-one help with cases which is very valuable.

I wish the library of IRS notices was more extensive. I used to use Beyond415 and they had all of the IRS letters and notices, what each one meant, and what to do to respond. IRS Solutions has some of them, but many are missing.

Great company to deal with and willing to answer questions you have.

I think the software's help in completing things like Form 433-A are great because it tells you what is allowable, and gives ideas on items you may not have thought about including.

Because I have not used it extensively I am sure I am not using anywhere near all the features in the program.

This offers a very clean interface, filtering out any un-necessary and distracting forms and topics.

A more discernible resolution roadmap for a given task might be helpful.

Has a client portal. Has plenty of letters ready for use. The constant ability to see changes in a clients IRS transcript is a huge game changer.
