  • Pros

  • It lets you do all sorts of customizations to the way you want the calls to happen. It's not easy to understand initially, but Ricochet offers superb support.
  • The software is user friendly. We loved that we were able to access the software from any device.
  • Cons

  • Don't like incoming calls at the same time I am dialing out.
  • Was difficult at first to train staff, but once you get the rhythm it is smooth.

  • Convoso has a really cool workflow automation that has elevated my productivity quite a bit and I'm definitely profitable.
  • The thing I like the most is that it is user friendly, easy to use, no complications, just straight to the point get the calls and dispose them correctly.
  • Cons

  • No transparency into spam-tagged phone numbers & replacements. More than 50% of replaced numbers come back already as spam, waste of our money.
  • A lot of times bad updates causes glitches that affect our performance.
