Love, Love, LOVE Saffire!
I cannot even put into words how much I love Saffire. The platform is not only so beautiful, but so easy to learn and use. While many website companies have so much going on you can't wrap your head around it, Saffire's system is right to the point and very user friendly for those who aren't as advanced with technology. Our website looks incredible and their design team did not hold back. Not only do we love the product, but I could not be more thankful to the team behind Saffire. Everyone is so unbelievably kind, easy to work with, helpful, and willing to do what it takes to help you succeed. Any question we've ever had has been answered and with a quick turnaround. Saffire is everything that you want your partner to be - if you haven't gotten started with them, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
PROSSaffire is extremely user friendly for even the least tech savvy employees that we have. The team helped us entirely customize our website. Making products and creating pages are right to the point and completely organized. You can manipulate exactly what you need from reporting. We can see everyone that views our page and how it translates to sales. What isn't there to love??
CONSNothing! Only "problem" is having to copy new products over year to year for each event. Not an issue - just a tedious task if I have to answer something here :)

Saffire is Excellent & User-Friendly
We do all ticket sales and ecommerce through SaffireTix. It's a very easy to use platform and is simple to retain for new employees.
PROSGreat to work with.Staff is responsive and willing to face presented challenge. Consistently go above and beyond on numerous projects.Eager and willing to expand their potential and products offered. CMS is simple and user friendly for the less tech-savvy individuals. They accept feedback and are always introducing new and improved updates to their software, website platform and app.
CONSAppears cookie cutter and is challenging to customize to be different than other sites.

Reasons for switching to SaffireTix
Choice was outdated, expensive and challenging to use. They were not willing to modify or adapt as changes were required or as our business structure morphed. If they did adapt, the fees were very expensive.

Mobile Responsiveness and Transparency
Everyone is very quick to respond to inquiries, provide detailed insight and solutions for addressing any issues, comments, or concerns and for the most part, the layout of everything is fairly user-friendly. Your team is very approachable and I appreciate all that they do! Notes that did not fit above: It does seem inconsistent in the process of updating dates of events year to year, some events allow me to adjust the date in the quick edit portion others I have to go into the page and edit the item on the page. Now that I know I need to edit the item on the page to get the date to appear appropriately that is not an issue, but that took over a year to figure out. I am guessing there are some people that simply unlist the event and build it all over again. I would also suggest figuring out a better color code system/naming when it comes to unlisted events and removing products from page (i.e. for unlisted events the block goes grey but still says "listed" I believe it should be grayed out and state "unlisted" / when it comes to removing a product from a particular page it may be less scary to a user to replace that terminology with "remove" versus the current "deactivate" which makes it seem like you are deactivating the entire product from the entire website.
PROSI like the ability to dive into the backend of the fair's website to make edits quickly without relying/waiting on someone else. I am able to make the changes I need, when I need and they are immediately made/seen on the live site.
CONSThe lack of mobile responsiveness and the lack of transparency in convenience fees to the customer. I would like to see the ecommerce portion of the site flow smoother from a mobile responsive standpoint and would love to see the convenience fee/etc pulled up into the main blue portion of the checkout where the customer sees the products they are purchasing. Our number one complaint regards the convenience fees, with half complaining about the fees themselves and the other half claiming we "snuck" them in/weren't honest with the fees (we do have disclaimers all over the website, social media and email communcation).

You need SaffireTix!
There is never a bad experience with SaffireTix. Saffire is always super helpful and hands on when you need them.
PROSThe best thing about the SaffireTix software is how easy it was to implement with our Saffire website.
CONSThe only downside to SaffireTix is we operate an outdated facility with a lot of people coming at once, so we some times lack the connectivity to operate the software to its potential.

Amazing support team
It is a great ticketing platform and they have an amazing team ready to help with any aspect of the ticketing.
PROSThe software is user friendly and has lots of great tutorials. The layout is easy to use and follow. SaffireTix also personalizes the page to look just like your website.
CONSIt takes time to work through the tutorials, but it is well worth it and they are always there as a resource.
