  • Pros

  • One phrase comes to mind - ease of use. My silent auction was easy to set up, easy to customize, and it was easy for our users to navigate/bid.
  • I would highly recommend this service for any of your auction or online donation needs.
  • Cons

  • Their sales/customer reps are obnoxious. Originally, they offered me a coupon to join and then wouldn't let me use it.
  • Can’t get the bill till 30 days after the event so have no idea how much we have already spent. This is very unpleasant on a tight budget.

  • On top of offering a great ticketing solution, Showare provides outstanding customer service.
  • The best pro about this software is the user friendly, easy to navigate and most important, I really like the user friendly help tab.
  • Cons

  • ShoWare generates reports on ticket sales etc, but that isn't integrated into our other databases. We struggle managing that data, but that isn't exactly a limitation of the software.
