  • Pros

  • We appreciate the ease with which we can create a proposal and the flexibility to make customizations. Curate has a polished look that sets us apart from our competitors.
  • I like that i can save recipes,shopping lists,exact stem counts,the price integration part and also that i can streamline my business.
  • Cons

  • I desperately need client management for emails. I can't keep track of them so having a section where it's in the client portal including emails back and forth is imperative.
  • Not up-to-date pricing on some things...duplicate items that show up as duplicate or as another line item...at times confusing when ordering from the shopping list.

  • The system is easy to use and easy to integrate with our website. As a facility that holds events, it was easy to setup new users allowing them to sell tickets for their events through our website.
  • Each of those events has multiple ticketed events with a variety of ticketing options. This system is the most versatile and cost effective program we have found.
  • Cons

  • The calendar feature for events is extremely difficult to use when inserting a lot of dates. It takes 12-14 clicks per individual date.
  • Issuing refunds to customers is something that no one wants to do.
