"The interface is intuitive, training new team members is quick, and support is responsive when we need help."

"I like that we are able to view compliance reports directly in PetDesk, which actually makes it easier to view and use than our PMS does."

"I can access any past records and get help easily by communicating with our vet online rather than calling the busy office or waiting until open business hours."

### Cons

"Our biggest issue was when we were having clients get reminders in CST instead of EST- where our clinic is located. When I brought this to the attention of PetDesk, we were notified that we need to tell clients to delete and re-install the app, which is not feasable for our large clinic to trust that all of these clients will do that."

"Was told to run around and plug in phones and then goodbye was provided no login information no training on the app or phones, told that callers would pop up they do not."

"Another negative is that some settings can only be changed by PetDesk staff such as pushing a reminder at a certain time (appointment is on the schedule at 10am but you want the client there at 8am) or what types of appoinments get reminders."
