It is a great software that I have used as a freelancer and at companies. It is easy to use and exactly what I need for simple review for videos.

I can't really think of anything negative. I did have a few issues uploading, but this was when the platform was still relatively new and the.

We love the integration directly with Adobe Premiere, and this has centralized a mess of Vimeo, Dropbox, Webdam, and YouTube links into one single place for gathering feedback.

This is the best and fastest video review. It works best on filmmaking since I work in a Media company and has the best storage for videos.

Now it has a hard stop after which you have to pay more than anyone outside of being a full time pro can afford.

I have found Frame.io a great way to quickly get feedback and approvals from clients. Frame.io creates a nice bridge between my team and clients to efficiently get video content completely.

It can have problems when uploading large numbers of files at once.

It’s really hard to cancel. I ended up losing a lot of money on this service and customer service wouldn’t refund.

Great to have, but too expensive for the amount of video work we do.

It looks amazing, works every time, has generous pricing and storage, and makes it super easy for clients (even though who have no experience with video) to leave detailed feedback.

The version stacking options are great as well.

The integration into Premiere has been fantastic to make notes into markers right into the sequence.

Mobile App and Premier Pro Integration have drastically changed my workflow and can feel the productivity gains on a  daily basis.

I love the ease of use, how streamlined it is and how it helps organize the assets. I love reviewing/getting reviews here as you can timestamp, or draw over the images.

Overall it has been great. It's better to get reviews through frame than in person, honestly.

I think frame io customer service needs to be improved tremendously and the ease. There are a lot of bugs that ended up costing me hundreds of dollars.

The version control feature is so clear and easy to use. The scrubbing/fast forward features are great.

Simplicity and speed of platform -- and it's better than sending a big file or youtube link.

It is intuitive, priced well, and makes it extremely easy to manage multiple projects with team members.

Till date, my overall experience with Frame.io is really good as it supports different formats and also supports photo RAW.

It still seems as though there are server issues at times when trying to upload projects. I have also noticed a time lag from when clients say they make notes and when I see them.

On repeat tries, it worked again though. But that's the only negative experience I've had.

The UI and functionality are amazing. It has some kind of magic upload engine that allows for really fats uploading of video.

This works great for when reviewing videos for a video production company I work with. I like coming back to the notes and responding in real time.

Using frame.io has been incredibly helpful for our workflow. Quick feedback from clients allows us to turn projects around quickly and collaborate effectively from afar.

If you work in video, this is absolitely the program you need. No more printing off edits and no more confusion on what they are looking for.
