Unsuccessful Migration, Poorly Built Product, Horrible Customer Service.

Super Easy-to-use, Feature rich with a great support team.

We miss the combination of SVOD and EST, but we know we are among the very few to request exactly that. And it can be developed.

As a consultant I had recommended (and operated) Muvi for one of my clients in the e-learning space.

If you don’t have a lot of technical expertise then Muvi is the platform for you. It was super easy to set up the platform, upload videos and launch an online video streaming store.

There were some customizations we wanted to bring into the platform and Muvi’s support was prompt to help us with the same.

Days later, with Muvi’s help we also went live with customized apps on iOS and Android. The platform has a lot of features and is simple to use, but what really won the day for me was the support.

The least is not the actual terms I can use, but muvi can partner with more ad agencies and integrate them. Though custom integration is an option so no need to worry about it.

Customer Support Team is great and always friendly and very helpful, they always try to help you as much as they can.

They sent our launch emails and access to our platform to the wrong list of over 1,000 users, absolutely horrific scenario.

We did not go through with the migration after one too many major communication errors and other issues. They will not give us our $4,000 back that we paid for the migration.

Overall, I had an amazing experience with them, the team, the solutions they provide, and there product are absolutely the best.I would recommend Muvi for everyone for sure.

We had a developer who constructed something similar to Muvi but not as advanced and sophisticated. The content team and our web designer are very happy with using it.

My overall experience with Muvi has been a nice one, its value for money and lets you have full control over how you want to run your streaming website or app.

The front end looks like the templates were thrown together on html/css in a good 15min.

In case I need something extra, I can request for the same and that gets added. The well written help articles and access to support team over chat/tickets makes it easy to resolve queries quickly.

It is easy to use and allows us to upload our content the easiest way possible just by a click of a button.

Reasonable, professional, and friendly support. I always appreciated their human interactions rather than bot/AI communication which can be frustrating when it comes to getting support help.

I update the VOD on monthly bases and whenever I have any technical difficulties, I use the Support feature that is handled perfectly by Muvi team.

I feel that Muvi can offer more design choices for users. I also feel that DevHours rate is a but costly compared to annual subscription fees.

My overall experience with Muvi is quite pleasant and I truly appreciate the service and highly recommend it to fellow platforms.

We are making good money with our OTT platform. Muvi has been a great partner.

Difficult to collaborate, organization and browsing is a bit clunky.

It can get costly over time. I am tossing up with a few different alternatives.

They have partnerships with course hosting companies such as Podia, of which I am a customer of. All the features Wistia have are excellent, the quality is awesome.

I really like the ease of use with this program, it is very easy to get started. I like that it is free to use with limitations, but not too many.

It's good value for your money in a professional setting. Fast streaming & loading when embedded.

Wistia has focused in video marketing and it has a lot of options that let monetize for video and to secure content.

It was good to review the ads a company made for our restaurant. I found it pretty easy to use and give feedback to people.

The myriad of features to help with video marketing tactics are amazing.

Maybe the only bad thing that I would stress about this software is that the prices on some occasions and depending on what you use it for are very high.

This software is incredible. The company is engaging and offers inspiring posts to their customer base and their User Community is fantastic.

But since I am not the one paying for it, it is not a concern. If you can afford it, great - it is excellent quality software and video hosting.

They are true video marketers, and the software they have created has awesome tech. The API's and SDK's work very well and are easy to use.

The only complaint I have is that the reporting was not always 100% accurate.

The cost is amazing for the features  and compared to other video hosting companies the cost can't be beat. I love how they keep the platform simple and easy to use.

You can use it very easily it is user friendly.

While there are a lot of customization options, they can be a bit difficult to find. Pricing can be a bit expensive.

Wistia has a good support team, a lot of positives vibes here.

Combined with the ability to embed completed videos with impressive analytics, Wistia is ticking several boxes.

I LOVE that we are able to make emails look nice and professional by downloading the widget in gmail - it quickly pulls videos we have created and shows the opening slide/title vs. just having a link.

Excellent for anyone with a video or production focused company that is looking to share there video with clients and get feedback from colleagues and clients.

Incredible Video Hosting Services with the Most Feature Rich API.

Wistia offers awesome features for a very reasonable price. It's super easy to use, with valuable analytics and various customization options.

The ability to have various teams in Wisitia from Marketing, Sales, Support, UX etc and isolate access.

Customization options are very limited and if you are looking to incorporate your unique ideas, you might find yourself stuck and confused.
