It is incredibly easy to use and offers a wide range of features to help create custom linear television channels on platforms like Roku and online.

The customer service is lackluster. It will take them days at a time to get back to you which is frustrating if you are waiting on a question concerning a feature or how to do something.

Who would have thought 'owning' an online TV station would be attainable for a reasonable price. We love Viloud and can't wait to see what the team plans on doing next.

Finally a video hosting solution that is easy, powerful and affordable.

I don't like the limits set related to video storage and monthly streaming minutes.

This is an interesting feature for those that want to deliver video segments like an episodic tv show. They'll also support you linking to your existing Youtube videos if you want to do that.

Overall, we're happy we made the purchase. We believe it will help us make money in the future so we look at it as one of the investments to help us reach our financial goals.

There was a problem with going live when I first began using Viloud.

Viloud provides a huge advantage for the self-sufficient hosting of videos with the ease of implementation and integration within a host site.

It's very easy to set up, the live streaming integration to my multistream, and how easy it is to publish on Roku.

Being able to leveraging livestreaming is important and I like that I can stream to one of the Vilud channels or to wherever my channel is connected to.

Viloud is a great program and I hope they continue to improve the interface.

The others were too complicated/clunky, unfinished, buggy, or expensive. Viloud was THE EASIEST way for us to start our own video service.

Low streaming limits and storage. But can be overcome through third-party CDN integration.

The thing I like most about the software is its ease of use and then when you do have a question, the customer service is terrific. They answer me quickly and they give me real, honest answers.

If you want your content to air at 6:45pm you have to scroll and drop it in the linear line during this time.

Overall, my favorite feature are the email alerts for when a domain's nameservers no longer point to Cloudflare. That allows us to provide invaluable customer service for our own clients.

The analytics in Cloudflare is not satisfying as it does not show data in detail. Traffic records that the Cloudflare supply is very inadequate.
