Autonix is a powerful contactless check-in system that reveals hidden opportunities with a rich, customizable dashboard reporting and analysis. Touchless options include dynamic trackable QR Codes and unique URL's. We provide multiple templates for both check-in and welcome/thank you messages, as well as an easy to use real-time dashboard that allows you to spot trends such as busiest/slowest days or hours and add multiple locations to view aggregated data. Autonix is easy-to-implement and easy-to-use

Autonix is great. I was able to set it up quickly and easily and their support team always provides me with a quick answer to any issues I may encounter.

PROS

I really appreciate how easy this software is to implement into my existing suite of business tools. I also think the 'visitor analytics' features of the product are extremely helpful in facilitating data-driven decision-making for our organization.

CONS

I still haven't found anything about Autonix that I don't like per se.

Easy check-ins via SMS and QR Code

The product was really easy to implement into our existing process and enhanced our visitor management capabilities. We can find data on visitors at any given time, build better customer relationships by identifying new and most frequent customers and make remarket efforts to generate interest from previous visitors to reengage.

PROS

Multiple check-in options; Contactless solutions to make our customers feel safe and cared for; Easy and flexible to implement in existing processes; Dashboards show valuable insights on customers.

CONS

So far we like what we see, we haven't found any significant cons yet.

Powerful

PROS

Implemented contactless visitor check-in for a client. Once we started seeing visitors check-in we got pretty excited. After 2 months, we started to mine the data together for marketing/outreach and realized it was a goldmine of data. Endless cohorts of real data.

CONS

I was hoping to brand the visitor web check-in a little more for our client, they currently dont allow you to use your own html/css but do allow a logo and custom messages. I was told by support its in their roadmap to implmenent.
