However, what truly sets them apart is the exceptional customer service provided by their team. Their dedication to understanding our unique requirements and going above and beyond to adapt their services to meet our specific needs has been truly remarkable. This outstanding level of customer service has solidified our trust in MyLobby and made our experience with them even more exceptional.
CONSOne notable drawback is the limited options available for building forms/questionnaires. We have found that the current options provided by the product could be more robust and flexible, making it easier to create tailored questionnaires to gather specific visitor information.Additionally, we have identified some limitations in the interface of the product. While it is functional and user-friendly, an upgrade to the interface would greatly enhance the overall user experience. A more modern and intuitive interface would not only improve aesthetics but also contribute to increased efficiency and ease of use for both staff and visitors.
