Working with Comm Partners and the Elevate site has been a breeze! They're fantastic!
The versatility of the site is unbeatable--it can be as comprehensive or as basic as you need. There are so many options to engage your customers and attendees. Running reports and making edits has never been easier--it's been a time savor and a joy to use. Plus, Comm Partners is so helpful when I need a refresher or I have any questions. They're service is top-notch and I never feel like a bother when I have tech questions.
CONSFor our members, the registration process was a bit tedious at first, but once they registered and logged in, they love it!

I love elevate. Lack of knowledge on my part may be to blame for my grading on the Features.
I recommend you all the time! I love the library, being able to create and then manage all the webinars in one place. We have used it for so long, I'm not sure what else is out there that don't have the attributes that we get so I guess I don't know what isn't "normal". Thank you!
PROSThe organization and how it creates the event in EventCenter, The financial / registrant dashboard is awesome and how we can look at the registrants with the link. Inputting a new webinar is easy and nice that we can clone so we do not have to recreate every one. Also the discounts are easy to use (though I have had a couple do weird things and add other components). When we created our Elevate site, the developers were wonderful to match to our existing website so there was no question that it was a Michigan Chamber site. The help desk is what really really sells this though. Through the years with both Jennifers that helped us from when we first began in 2009 and now Eve and her team, I cannot praise your staff enough for all the work they have done. They are timely and very understanding when I just don't get things! I have had some weird stuff happen in the past month or two (a bad certificate and trying to create a single sign in) and everyone has been so patient. Oh .. and I can't forget Rita. We had some billing concerns and problems, but not only was she patient and listened and explained when I didn't understand, so shout out to her also. I think with some of my "wishes" you will see below what keeps us is your wonderful staff!!
CONSMy WISH list. Reports. The reports are hard to navigate. I have to keep a note on how to run survey results. Again, maybe this is due to my knowledge, but I would think there would be an easier way to run reports. I wish there was a place for a picture for each webinar. We catergorize our into HR, EHS, etc., and often display with an image so the registrants can easily tell if it is approved for certain certification credits. User interface could be easier. I have many people create an account and it does not tell them if it was or not so they create another. (this is also due to the password not being strong enough). Some of my attendees are not good with computers and I think that process could be made MUCH easier for that reason. Some people get scared away just from the whole logging in and 'not worth it , it is too complicated". I'm not sure what other options they should be .. but I always feel like there can be more. I know you are updating all the time. Another suggestions, and maybe there are these courses and I just don't know, but lunch and learns, or webinars on how to do different things or on new enhancements. Some other programs I use do have them and they are invaluable!

A well-designed platform for webcast hosting & streaming, Elevate does most of what we want it to.
Makes managing our 60-some individual webcasts/segments much easier. It is simpler than many systems, which is great for our membership, who skew heavily into the "what on earth is a webcast?" demographic. Good control over most aspects, nice formats and clean lines. Appreciate the customer support team as well, almost always are very prompt and helpful.
PROSOverall, a great product. Easy to setup/edit the site/pages, organize your webcasts into groups and pages, create discount codes and manage user profiles. Email templates are offered, but very simple to customize as well. Wizard-like system to create your products is easy to follow, and the reports are sufficient for our needs. Features like "Just for You" and "Featured" widgets are helpful in customizing each user's experience when they are logged in.
CONSSomewhat challenging to navigate the credits/testing modules, especially when trying to see if they have completed certain segments. We've had some issues with the system not allowing a user to move on despite having completed enough of the current section, and recently had some missing test scores (auto-send of test results to our staff only seems to work some of the time, requiring a manual check every few days). A few other irritating quirks, like I don't like how it always defaults to sort products by newest to oldest (we'd prefer A to Z as the default, or ability to change the default). Also wish we could figure out a way to package a book (to be shipped by us) with a webcast (for immediate access), but haven't found a way to do so efficiently yet.

A great product for association learning management and amazingly responsive company.
We gained a fully integrated product that delivers our asynchronous, synchronous and virtual conference experiences. The CommPartners suite of products including Elevate meet the association industry needs and continues to adapt with changes in the continued education industry. They are highly committed to extending the dialogue and pushing the field, which makes them a true partner and not simply a vendor.
PROSThe support and forward thinking of the company translates into the Elevate platform. As changes come to the industry and design requests are submitted by association partners, the system adapts and rolls out these features to all. They are committed to this dialogue with their customers and that strengthens the product for all involved. Their integration with their own webinar system and with Higher Logic make this a powerful tool for delivering learning.
CONSThe software works for the basic needs of delivering online learning. There are integrations that are still to come and there are always small quirks to work through and work out of the system, but nothing critical to its efficient use.

Amazing!

PROSVery easy for customization and customer services is amazing. We have been able to customize the software for our company needs.
CONSI need to be able to register others via admin profile. It's a pain to log in and out. Also, with the API when a user times out, it sometimes will double register them in our AMS but reflects only 1 reg in elevate. There were some issues with required custom questions, but it did get resolved. Custom questions: also would be nice if they didn't export into one field for reporting purposes. i.e. each answer in a separate column. Also would be nice if we had the ability to edit recordings - I have the software to do so. I know some clients may not. Also we would like the ability to add a CC email to confirmation emails so we know each time someone registers. It would be nice to have this option available for specific products if we wanted.

Great Product, Amazing Team
I got the benefit of being able to edit my education whenever I wanted instead of having to email a tech and then wait several days for the changes to be implemented.
PROSI like that I can edit everything and customize the products and pages to meet my learners needs. I really like how easy it is to pick up and learn new features and I love that new updates are rolled out really frequently.
CONSI dislike that sometimes things are named differently than I'd expect and I spend too long looking for a report because I'm looking for it under a different name.

i have loved working with Elevate and CommPartners.
It is a streamlined structure to get educational information out to our community without having to search all over our website for information.
PROSi started using Elevate LMS in October of 2015. It was easy to learn and make work with projects and systems we were already doing and using. Also the support I have received from CommPartners has been wonderful. Any time I have any question or need help trying to get something to work or need to remember how to do something that I learned at the PEAK Conference in March, they have been right there and very helpful.
CONSThe EventCenter does not allow use of VOIP. At this point we have only been using VOIP for our webinars, so we haven't been able to use EventCenter...yet.

Overall great experience! Cannot thank our Elevate team enough for all their help.
The ability for us to get in and make changes quickly and easily was the biggest benefit. Before we had to go through a third party and could not respond quickly enough to member needs or changes. Elevate makes it simple for us and helps us to enhance our members' experiences.
PROSThe way the team works with us whenever we need to explore certain customized features, how easy it is for our members to use, and how easy it is for us to make changes and adapt on our back-end when we need it.

ease of access and navigating the administrative portal is amazing .
it's modern look makes it easier to navigate and the features are simple to understand. the CommPartners support team are friendly, and willing to train/ update you on new features and help you understand special features you may not be capitalizing on.
CONSthe reporting features could be updated but the CommPartners team are more than willing to accommodate special report requests.

Excellent LMS and Amazing Support Staff
Navigating Elevate is user friendly on both the admin side and user side. Online education has become a major part of our organization' s success. Thanks to the variety of features in Elevate, we have created an optimal online learning environment for our members that is ever-changing. Every single staff member I have worked with at CommPartners has gone above and beyond to help develop the best LMS for our organization, whether it's troubleshooting an issue on the back-end or planning ahead for a new feature to improve our site. I highly recommend this LMS to any organization as it is visually appealing, intuitive, and as a bonus, it is a pleasure to work with CommPartners.
CONSThere aren't many cons to Elevate. A few things I'd like to see in the future are customizable certificates, the ability to hide an mp3 on a product until a certain release date, and adding a speaker before the component is ready. All minor things that I'm sure we will be seeing in the future.

Fairly easy to setup and administer. Great support from the CommPartners team!
I like the fact that once we got everything setup, including the complicated SSO, it has pretty much been seamless for our members. We have had very few problems/glitches. CommPartners is always fast to respond to any questions/issues.
CONSI can't really say there is anything in particular that I dislike. We don't use most of the features because of our SSO and keeping things simple for our members.

CommPartners' customer service is outstanding! The company provides one on one attention.
The support and forward thinking of the company shows in their platform. CommPartners wants to hear from their customers and actually implements feedback which is so refreshing.
CONSThe Elevate platform can be limited, but will accommodate webinars, podcasts and publications easily. Even through the limitations the company itself is always willing to support your needs and find a solution.

Easy Webinar Platform
We left WebEx to go to Elevate a few years ago and have not looked back. The software is great, doing much more than we need. It's great to know that as we expand what we offer to our members, the ability to do so through this software is already there.
PROSThis software is easy to use from the admin side and easy to use as a webinar attendee/user side.
CONSI wish the company was on the West Coast--which is ABSOLUTELY not a criticism.

Great experience and I don't see that going away as you continue building to meet the customer needs
Most of all, a better user and education experience for our students!
PROSEasy for administrators to use, nice interface, easy for the students to use, ease of integration & implementation.
CONSI don't have anything thus far. I really don't expect to. I think it is thoughtfully built to work independently or with an AMS or other Management Software.

A very good experience so far.
The presentation is clean. There are a lot of material formats available. It works with a single sign-on with our member database.
CONSWhile there are a number of reports, pulling reports gets more difficult as the size of the database increases. I would like to see categories for items visible to users in each item record.

Elevate is a great platform and super user friendly.
It makes eLearning fun!
PROSI like how easy it is to use. It's not hard to yourself how to use the platform. Once you get started in the platform, it becomes more intuitive.
CONSI wish there were more trainings/tutorials. I find myself fumbling around until i get what i need, but once i figure it out, it is easy from there.

We just rolled this out, and it was way more painless than I thought.
The rollout was not a pain, and I have high hopes that our members will really love it.
PROS1. It integrates well with our AMS (ACGI Software). I was able to keep payment and checkout in our AMS and still use the full site on elevate to show off and run the online products. 2. The product is flexible and can do a lot. So far, we haven't hit any bumps in trying to execute an idea. 3. The Commpartners staff just seem better than average at working with customers.
CONSI don't love all the language. For example "Components" is used a lot, but honestly, it's really good so far.

As a non-tech person working on our LMS website, I could not have asked for a better team.
For me, it's all about how easy it is to use since I am NOT a tech person and I have very little IT/tech support.
PROSIt's intuitive once you get used to using it and Elevate LMS is continually making improvements, which has made it easier to use. It also has a logical flow and easily accessible user tools online.
CONSHmmm - now that I know what I'm doing, I know how to ask better questions. My most major learning hurdle is not sharing the tech language and definitions with the tech people so it was slow going learning HOW to ask questions.

Overall the platfrom performs as advertised. Service has been great.
