Excelent tool to handle in very easy and fast steps the complexity of all size events
Relevant savings in time and money.
PROSIt is intuitive, all is solved with just a few clicks, there is no need to navigate too much to get things done.
CONSMailing campaigns do not work properly. In every single one of them we have had to ask support people to help us "fix" the code of our HTMLS. Mails that do not reach are also a problem. In some cases we have had to send our emalis with other platafoms, that implied extra costs, but we had none of the problems mentioned, we have con Eventtia.

Change management week
My overall experience with eventtia is really good. Not only at the software level, but also for the human capital it contributes. Both the sales service ([SENSITIVE CONTENT]) and the support service, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], have been a clear example of professionalism. Very happy with them, I would choose Eventtia again without hesitation.
PROSI liked the amount of features for users. The customization of the platform and the ease of adding participants.
CONShow unintuitive it is for some things in the background. That in live streaming allows you to leave to go to the platform that broadcasts it (such as YouTube)

Customer Feedback - Events with special features
Thanks to the support service we were able to carry out everything successfully. Especially with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN].
PROSThe possibility of combining the creation of the event and the website at the same time. Although the tool was powerful, we had the problem with managing the agenda since one session was VIP and the other public.
CONSIn general it is a good platform but it lacks a real offer in a customized design and customized direct mailing for events. For example, our requirements for the event were very specific, suddenly out of the ordinary, and that's why we took on the task of researching to choose the best platform that met our needs. But, we feel that we did not meet the expectations we had on this specific issue (customized mailing). For example: the event consisted of two different sessions, in the morning there were private workshops with personalized invitation and in the afternoon there was the public agenda, but the people attended in the workshops could participate in the afternoon event, and it was not easy send the different communications even if they were the same day, with the established hours and agenda. The solution Eventtia gave us was first to create two events on the platform (it was not the option) and second we had to ask them to modify certain things in the design templates pre-set to be able to do it.

Because it was the platform that meets best our needs, at least that was the expectation Eventtia created us.

I like that Eventtia makes management and organizing events easy I have used the live streaming feature and it works well It comes with event management, web conferencing, video conferencing among other helpful features.

User friendly alternative tool to organize events
Compared to previous experiences with big "event tools" players, we appreciate the reactivity of Eventtia to deploy new features according to our needs. Moreover, the back office of other players is sometimes similar to the "Rube Goldberg machine", very complicated to do simple things. We appreciate the fact that Eventtia tries to maintain its system clear, user-friendly, and easy to set-up.

Eventtia: Ideal platform for digital launch of clothing lines
Eventtia is an ideal platform for digital launch of clothing line. Easy to set up and to customize, it allows to host and display precorded videos (plenary, workshops) as a live event.
CONSSome features can't be customized but I know that the Eventtia team is currently working on some updates.

An unforgettable experience with Eventtia
Eventtia is a powerful event management tool, that gives a full overview of the event, from selling tickets to scheduling 1to1 meetings. Mauricio and his team were awesome, always there to give a hand and listen our feedback.
CONSWe think Eventtia's UX should be improved. It is sometimes complicated to manage the front end website (a lot of essential features are missing). Some improvements have to be done on the overall design (website, but also emailings, etc).

I found working with Eventtia a very rewarding experience...a surprise value
Affordability with multiple features
PROSThe integrated features and prompt customer service were the most beneficial software attributes. All of the app features were easy to use and intuitive. During the course of use by customers, no complaints were received regarding use.
CONSNot many cons... most of the learning is intuitive although you sometimes make matters harder than they need to out of pure being familiar with such integration.

Easy to use and great customer support
It reduced the ops efforts so we can focus on sales more effectively. It´s also super easy for delegates to register without further assistant
PROSIt´s super easy to use but if you have any questions the help desk is always there for you. Also, they are open to any feedback to improve and add features and functionality
CONSIt´s quite tricky if you want to set up early bird passes. I hope this will be update in future versions.

A unique tool to go Beyond
Marvelous. Flexible and easy to use.
PROSIt is very useful too that adapts to the needs of our events. Also with the new developments, it has been a great tool to expand our business borders allowing us to develop new business lines.

Gets the job done
It gets the job done but there is lots of room for improvement.
PROSThe B2B Scheduling is why we purchased Eventtia in the first place as we needed something that would allow others to make their own schedules and meetings. The upgrade to the website editor is a LOT better than before, but still many glitches.
CONSLots of glitches with setting up and editing the event, could make it a bit more user friendly, and lots of turnover with Eventtia staff which made it difficult to know who to go with for issues.

it was difficult to navigate at times and I did not like the way the check out is set up
multiple events at once - it makes it easy to create more events for an organization like ours, very helpful
CONSPeople should be able to buy multiple tickets without having to add each person separately and the pay part should be on the same page as putting the information in and dont use the word SUBMIT, use the word NEXT because it causes confusion.

Your event to the next level!
It's very easy to use. Customer service is outstanding. Beautiful event website to share the agenda and everything about the event. The attendance to our event exceeded our expectations because we used all the very cool features, such us, sending reminders on text messages - which have a higher opening rate than emails. Overall we went from a normal even to having an event that everyone speaks about!
CONSIt is excellent! But being very demanding it could potentially have more options to add to the website of the event, such as, uploading documents.

Awesome software!
Very comprehensive software with a lot of inns and outs for the amount of money. Very user-friendly. The staff is quick and they try to resolve a problem immediately.

It's been good, but it hasn't met my expectations.
It is very easy to use and explain to others
PROS- Easy to use. All the information in the same place. - Custom badge for each type of registration. - Import list of attendees: very useful - Coupons: easy to know at a glance what have been used and how many are pending. -
CONS- Invoice: the program create an invoice when the total is 0 and don't give you the possibility to abon it. - The services it provides are very similar to those of free platforms, but with a better interface. To differentiate Eventtia from the others, I think you should give more complete options, such as manage the cost of the event like suppliers, etc.

The perfect solution to drive your event
We searched a software to drive easily the web communication and the registration of our most important event of the year with 15 seminars and an exhibition for more than 1500 participants and we discovered Eventtia. For us it was the most qualify solution to response to our problematics. It was very simple to create few pages on the web as website dedicated to the event for comunication and to link this one to a powerful system which take in charge the resgistration of participant, and not only for one seminar but a full 2 days schedule with 15 seminars in 5 different conference room. Regarding the Back Office, it is really simple to collect the information and make export of the database on Excel to work with. The stat and the report in real time was just what we need and easy to read and understand to optimise our prospection. We didn't use the D day the possibility to scan the invitation but it was at first a point which catch our attention and I think to use this option for the next event because we will work with Eventtia to drive the organisation next time as well for sure. I recommand.

Amazing tool to work on event management
I enjoy a lot all the functionalities we can use on this tool, either combining them, or using them one by one, which is very valuable too.
CONSIt's sometimes quite complicated to use, some of the functionalities are not very intuitive and sometimes not really user friendly. But this might be resolved with the launching of Eventtia 2 ! :)

PROSThe customization of the event webpage is top notch. It's been great to list all of our event information in one place for our guests' easy reference.

Organization of a large exhibition with B2B meetings
We used Eventtia for our main event of the year, the Colloque National Eolien that gathers over 1200 participants and 60 exhibitors of the European Wind Energy Industry. We were satisfied by this web platform, indeed it allowed us to manage all the registration process for both visitors and exhibitors and to organize our business meeting one single tool : Eventtia. Managing remote events
Overall it's great to have this tool, but it still takes too much time at the backoffice for set-up
PROSThe participant front office outcomes: looks nice, smooth, easy to use (when it's working - see comment below)
CONS1. Issues with the Survey tool : during the set up, and during the send out to participants 2. The set up of the activities not user friendly : for instance I have 120 activities to schedule for a remote training event accross January to June, and I always needed to scroll back in the agenda to had a new activity 3. Mailing preparation tool : very old school so it takes a lot of time for the formatting of a message which is essential for a mailing and catch the reader's attention
