Never have I seen a more advanced phone system with so many options!
We are able to take more calls, increases productivity and also allows you to manage guest results simultaneously with it's many features.
PROSThis is a phone system used in offices. It has an app that allows you to take calls from home via the app if the need arises. The many options this system has is surreal! Currently we have 6 lines, ability to park and retrieve calls, page overhead, and so much more. The app not only allows you to take calls from home, you can also monitor usage at the office from home, listen to recorded calls, alter voicemail and extension settings and so much more. I truly cannot speak highly enough about the ease of use for this system and the software!
CONSBe sure you have excellent accessibility and are not in a rural area. This relies upon good, solid internet to function properly.

VOIP phone systems that work well, have good quality, and are priced well.
The product works well, is customizable, and is priced incredibly competitively.
CONSSupport has been a frustrating concern. During configuration and installation I had to educate the installers as to what a subnet is and how to configure it on the phones they sold me. Some open support tickets have never been resolved.

Good sound quality
Sound quality of the phone calls were very good.
CONSSet up of the system was extremely complex and time consuming. After set-up getting administrative changes done required support tickets and too many phone calls. Up time was not as good as other services we used.

There are many items that are very useful with this software. The fact that you can turn the overrides on or off is very helpful. The fact that you can also download the app on your phone is even more helpful.
CONSCustomer service is a little light in knowledge; however, they do get you to the right person.

A much easier was to manage telephone systems.
OfficeSuite is easy to use. The interface is simple and provides a lot of functionality. I can manage our entire phone system from anywhere.
CONSTo accomplish some goals, you have to make changes on several screen. For example to program a phone key to monitor a line status, you have to add it to a call group before you can program the key.
