Great, flexible system
Great flexible PBX packed full of features. Call recording is simple and the ECR engine allows you to almost do anything using VB scripting
CONSCan be expensive and only elitetele.com provide good support. Even though nearly all SIP handsets work with the system full integration is limited outdated ugly Siemens handsets

Swyx Phone System
The Swyx Phone System is fairly easy to use and I am able to search for a colleague on Swyx by their name which makes it much easier if you don't know their extension number
CONSSometimes the phone doesn't always have a dialling tone when you ring out so you can't hear the person on the end of the phone

Is Swyx the Fix for you?
My company is no longer using SwyxWare due to the technical issues we consistently experienced.
PROSWhat I liked most about this software is that it was an all-in-one platform. If you wanted to call or instant message someone on your team, it was all in one place which was super convenient.
CONSThere were a lot of issues with call quality, and sometimes we weren't even able to make calls. Many times the system was down which was a huge negative impact to our business.
Reasons for switching to SwyxWare
Needed something more comprehensive that allowed team communication.

Easy to Use For Small Companies
The product was very user-friendly and easy to use. You will not experience too many issues with the phone lines going down. It is super reliable. It helped make our daily tasks at work easier, since we were on the phone all day.
CONSThe product seems more beneficial for very small companies. If you are looking for a product with a variety of features, then this is not they system for you. This product would probably work real well for companies of 10 or less.

Not a bang for your buck
The software was easy to use once you got used to the system.
CONSConnectivity issues were nonstop. The system would constantly crash. The user interface and the tech itself is outdated. Not much functionality, but you can at least make phone calls some times. As a recruiting firm 95% of our time is spent on the phones - this was not reliable enough for us.
Reasons for switching to SwyxWare
Price was appealing. Not the right decision.

Swyx not up to par
The experience was mediocre. The representative we had was nice, although I didn't deal with them directly. We are definitely looking for a lot more in a service provider.
PROSEasy transfer or information from one system to the next. It was fairly easy to navigate.
CONSSWYX consistently had service and call drops. In a business where phone calls are constant, efficiency and reliability are necessary features in a system we're looking for.

Swyx could use some work
Swyx allowed our company to port over our existing VOIP phone numbers to their program. The software itself was simple and easy to use.
CONSWe found that the software was not very reliable. It would consistently crash and interrupt phone calls. We had to reset the system more times than we can count.

Slechte verbinding met de Swyx centrale
Begin was het goed. Nu een aantal weken echt een drama.
