Working with IP-telephony and UniTalk virtual PBX
Thanks to UniTalk services we solved many problems for our business. Instead of a large number of phone numbers we started to use multichannel phone numbers from UniTalk. Automatic distribution of incoming phone calls helped to increase managers' work efficiency. Thanks to the integration, a lead is automatically created for each phone call in the CRM - it's very convenient. After implementing the virtual PBX we have reduced costs and increased efficiency.
PROSOur team carefully chose a telephony provider. Particular attention was paid to quality of service, speed of technical support, integration with other systems and automation of our business processes. All these requirements are met by UniTalk.
CONSThere is no German and Turkish language in user's personal account. The developers promised to add them soon. There are a lot of settings in the member's area and it is difficult to deal with them independently. I had to contact technical support.

The feedback of our company about work with virtual PBX UniTalk
UniTalk analyzes every phone call of our clients. We collect information about what kind of advertising works well and what doesn't. We receive information even about what keyword phrase from advertising came to us and called the client. Now we can see all the phone calls in the analytics.
PROSIn order to fulfill our tasks we needed to analyze which advertising company customers come to us and make an order by phone. Thanks to UniTalk colltracking and integration with Google Analytics we collect and analyze data on every phone call. This has resulted in significant improvements in our advertising strategy.
CONSWe have not been able to make the necessary adjustments in the Virtual PBX to connect Coltracking to collect analytics on phone calls. There is a lot of technical documentation, but no time to study it. The technical support helped us.

It is very important for our business to stay in touch with customers. We are grateful to the company for the good quality of our telephony services. We have been using the services for a very long time, but every day we learn about new features - a very functional product.
CONSDue to the great functionality, it is immediately difficult to understand where and what is located. We were helped by customer support, so we worked non-stop.

Our review about work with UniTalk
To determine our future business strategy, we needed to test several hypotheses. It would be expensive to hire additional employees for this purpose, and we couldn't involve our own staff either, otherwise we would have to free them from their current tasks. UniTalk offered us to connect the Voice Robot service for this purpose. Thus, we quickly tested our hypotheses without involving additional resources and now know how to proceed.
PROSI like working with UniTalk. They have modern products, a customer-oriented approach, affordable prices, and good technical support. We plan to use their other services as well.
CONSWithout the help of technical support, it is difficult to understand the settings of your personal account, you need to devote additional time. However, if you contact UniTalk technical support, they will quickly answer all your questions.

Experience with UniTalk virtual telephony
We use multi-channel phone numbers and UniTalk virtual PBX allows to handle all calls from our customers. Thanks to the configured scripts we do not miss any calls from our customers.
PROSQuality telephony is very important to our business. UniTalk IP-telephony provides good quality communication. Wide functionality allows to automate many processes. Another very convenient thing is phone numbers of different countries that UniTalk provides. UniTalk telephony allows you to integrate with the necessary systems, for example CRM.
CONSWe did not find any significant disadvantages, but the UniTalk user interface has only English, Polish and Ukrainian languages. The development team promised us to add other languages soon.
