Implementation can be difficult at times, especially when using non-standard data sources to import.

One of the best things about TapClicks is that you have access to many different features and if they don't have it already integrated into their software they will work with you to get it in place.

A lot of the time the document will be different once exported from TapClicks to PowerPoint which is frustrating. Data sometimes is not the most accurate.

Software has a summary section also which is great, analytics and trends are very useful and you can also integrate into jira for reports and decision making.

The integration of fullStory to the product is simple and easy due to the good documentation an good customer support. The FullStory provides some inbuilt analysis trends which is pretty useful.
