Clean and User-Friendly Web Builder
Love the results once I mastered the menus and customization options. My website is clean, precisely what I wanted, and has the look of a professionally designed site.
PROSTons of template options, easily customizable, variety of layouts and options per page and style
CONSLearning curve in customizing existing headers/ footers for pages, some features easier to navigate than others
Reason for choosing Webflow
New platform to master, fewer updates needed
Reasons for switching to Webflow
Wanted a more custom look, also wanted to learn to set up the layouts myself.

Best no-code website builder in the market
Everything about Webflow is amazing. The interface is clean and easy to learn (they have more than 100 video tutorials, it is basically a "University" ). With Webflow you do not need to know how to code, you can create websites with static and dynamic content. And it is easy to customize any component. Every month they release new components, features, improve the interface, etc. Also, I would like to say the customer support is 10/10, they really care about your problems (if you have any).
PROSThe components (tabs, forms, text, etc) are totally customizable as if you were coding. And the ability to create a dynamic website with ease.
CONSThe hosting price is higher than other website builders.
Reason for choosing Webflow
Does not offer the amount of customization that Webflow offers.
Reasons for switching to Webflow
Webflow is 1000% easier to use/create whatever you need. Everything about Webflow is better than Wordpress.

Not Soc-2 Compliant out of the box / Does not conform to industry standards for secure websites
False advertising. They sold us a secure website hosting platform and we learned only after doing all the work to build our website on their platform (WEEKS OF WORK) that we had to pay 49x the original price quoted in order to be permitted to add standard security headers required to make our site secure and sco-2 compliant.
PROSOnce we got our site set up, updating text was incredibly quick and painless.
CONSWe have our site on webflow and are undergoing a soc-2 audit accreditation process for our company. We have hit a snag because soc-2 requirements state we need certain headers on our website but webflow is actually blocking us from being able to add the required headers. Their rationale is that we have to upgrade to "enterprise lite" for $15k annually in order to add the standard headers. For context, we added these headers to our product websites within minutes and achieved A+ ratings. Webflow is actually blocking us from being soc-2 compliant unless we shell out $15k additional every year for the ability to add "custom" headers -- what they call "custom" are industry standard headers that any soc-2 compliant website needs to have in place. Our website is a 9 page static website with just text. I would not say Webflow is secure or soc-2 compliant given this experience, I would call them "soc-2 optional" - and only an option if you pay 49x the regular price for a basic website.

Was able to build a complex and beautiful site with just 2 developers in a short amount of time. Very happy with the results.
PROSPurchase beautiful templates, use them in seconds. I love the data-centric functionality and way that you can design content that is re-usuable and syncable across your site.
CONSThe cost is higher than other website builders, and it can be complicated to set up, but once you get it setup how you want it's golden!

Versatile and powerful landing page builder
Webflow is versatile and powerful CMS which can be used to design websites and landing pages. At our agency, our design team uses webflow to design landing pages, eliminating the need for developers to be involved in the process. It takes some basic front-end development knowledge to truly leverage what webflow has to offer, but if you have the right skills, Webflow is a fantastic tool.
CONSWebflow pricing system is needlessly convoluted, and takes some time getting figured out - we didn't love this aspect of the software.

Webflow can be the best option, for some.
I have a very pleasant experience with Webflow and it allows me to create beautiful websites.
PROSWebflow is perfect for designers who want to build the sites they design. It's a strong builder that follows the concepts of html/css/javascript principles. It's really versatile and you can create beautiful websites.
CONSThere is a learning curve on using Webflow. It is best to follow their own Webflow University which is free, but will take up multiple hours of your time. You will also need some basic knowledge of how the web works and how websites are build.
Reasons for switching to Webflow
I used to buy themes on Wordpress to get the desired design I wanted, but all of these themes were limited in options. With Webflow I can create a 1-on-1 copy op my design in Figma.

Best Online Website Builder
Webflow is by far the best online framework to build a website. It is truly what you see is what you get, but there are so many great features that make Webflow work well with SEO and advanced features. We can't recommend this software enough.
CONSWe haven't run into anything we don't like. If we had to be picky it'd be that video hosting isn't supported yet. This isn't a big deal since we just use YouTube to embed.

The visual web design solution for your startup/business
Coming from a typical CMS software for our website, Wordpress, the more visual approach of Webflow makes it a breeze to update our website.
PROSAs a Figma user, I like the way of working in a visual environment. To be able to do this for a website / blog is just great. The # of high quality templates available is also a big plus and made it very easy to finally update our website. We came from two Wordpress websites before and to start create a new version was always something left on the table, as it is too cumbersome to do. With Webflow I am sure keeping the website updated with what we do will be far easier than before.
CONSCurrently there are no real downsides. Sometimes I have a hard time fixing things as my html/css knowledge is rather limited, but this has little to do with Webflow itself. Figuring out how it works with their documentation at hand is easy to get past most obstacles.
Reasons for switching to Webflow
We have been pushing a new website update forward for months now given the big effort it requires with Wordpress, the tool we used before. Coming across a webflow advert, we immediately figured out that might be the solution for us no longer postponing an update. With success.

Webflow user review
Fast, agile design and development of websites. Prototyping to launch timeline is greatly reduced, so profitability is increased. The CMS is highly customizable and easy to buildout.
PROSWebflow allows for an agile design and development cycle. Iterations are quick to accomplish. The UX layout of the toolkit is easy to understand. The ability to add 3rd party integrations and custom code really extend the usability.
CONSWebflow continually rolls out new features, but still lacks multi-filter search functions. Webflow has extensive tutorials, but it will take some time for a new user with prior HTML and CSS knowledge to get past the beginner level.
Reason for choosing Webflow
Webflow development cycle was faster and more visual, and the option to export to WordPress or another CMS platform is still available with exported code.
Reasons for switching to Webflow

The top tool for no code websites
I really enjoy using Webflow as often as I can, it is a great product that fits many types of use cases and I will continue using it in the future for my projects.
PROSWebflow gives you the flexibility to do more or less anything you could ever want in a website, without having to code. It is infinitely customisable and once you understand how it works, is an extremely powerful tool for creating low to medium complexity websites. There is a whole community using the product, which makes it very easy to find answers to problems that may arise. It is also great because there are people creating specific libraries and components specifically for webflow, so it is a great way to fast track web design. It is a great option for a quick website, as well as long term pages that you may want to build. The CMS makes it an extremely powerful tool too, which makes the possibilities for creation endless.
CONSThe learning curve of the software can be a little challenging at times, especially if you are a non-technical user. I personally started with quite good knowledge of HTML and CSS, so it wasn't super difficult to learn, however there are some quirks that are made for the average user that may make it a little confusing for people with existing knowledge of web design.

Very happy with it. We built over a dozen websites on this and the clients have been happy as well.
PROSWebflow is pretty amazing. I believe this is the best platform I've come across for building a website for a client to self manage. You can build on a developer end and have them make edits on the client/editor side. I really like the collection building on the back end.
CONSI didn't love that you can't chose different captcha options or change the size of it. Also, the editing options are sometimes limited when setting up a blog.

Stay away from Webflow - clunky website builder with ineffective support team
Can't really think of anything extraordinarily good about Webflow. However, I believe the websites built with Webflow are somewhat faster.
CONSThey generate a robots.txt file that blocks the search engines from indexing your website. Which is similar to cutting off the oxygen supply to any living being. We did several rounds of publishing, republishing, deleting, and resaving -- nothing helped. The support gives one reply once a day via email and then they vanish. The most customizable no-code site builder platform for digital professionals
This is one of the best site and landing page builders out there. Although there is a slow learning curve, some drawbacks on the SEO side and heavy UX, overall i am happy with the service. I will continue to be their client, until something better comes up. So far, i don't see any serious competitor in the field of the website and landing pages builders for proffessionals. P.S. This software is almost impossible to use for a beginner. It's strictly targeted towards digital professionals with at least 1-2 years experience/
PROS- The sandbox-like environment. - The code exporting - that was what got me on board. - Webflow university - most of the problems one faces, could be found in their "University".
CONS- Very long learning curve for people who don't know HTML and CSS - Not that much SEO friendly. The process of SEO optimization is slow and you really have to know what you are doing. Other platforms have made this much easier.

Easy Website Creation Tool that allows complete customization.
Extremely positive. I've built a number of websites at this point, both for business and personal use, and they look so much better than anything on Squarespace and Wix.
PROSThe ability to create and complete customize a website pretty simply is the best part. I've used other "no-coding" website tools in the past and would get so frustrated because I wouldn't be able to edit key parts of the design with out diving into the muddy code. Webflow allows you to have all the customization you'd find if building your website from scratch without all the coding. As a designer, who can code but prefers not to, Webflow is my preferred spot for building any website.
CONSSome of the tools are hard to find. I've accidentally clicked things in the past and spent hours figuring out where I need to click to fix things. Finding solutions is also difficult at times. The forums aren't as extensive as other softwares that I've used.

The top pick if you want to make professional-grade sites
Due to an issue within the company, we were unable to effectively engage our target demographic, resulting in short attention spans on our social media platforms; however, with the help of Webflow's training and tools, we were able to effectively address this issue, resulting in high-quality, professionally designed websites. More audience engagement via our social networks means we can deliver service with a lively UI and polished finishing touches, making searching for our services a pleasurable and stress-free experience for our customers. Webflow's features have helped our marketing team become more efficient and effective.
PROSWebflow's interface is one of our favorite parts of the platform because it's user-friendly and flexible for customization. We think the price of your service is quite manageable in comparison to the competition on the market, and this is due in large part to the fact that Webflow has quality support that is very attentive to providing possible solutions that are required, as well as providing super good training videos to learn more and more about the correct operation of each tool that Webflow has to offer.
CONSProbably the only thing we don't like about the Webflow platform is how long it takes to publish the website once it's finished being built; additionally, it's worth noting that the platform has a somewhat steep learning curve; however, we're grateful that Webflow offers a completed where anyone can be trained and graduate with a professional level of expertise in the software.

A promising alternative to Wordpress
After using Webflow for some projects I can say that is the best match for: Small to medium-sized projects brochure-ware like or content-driven where your clients want to edit the content themselves, the editor interface is quite good and you can limit what the editor can edit so you won't end up with a broken page and your clients won't be worried about breaking it either.
PROSWebflow editor simply rocks, some website builders and over simplistic and as I developer I feel chained of it's developers choices. Others are way too messy, unnecesarily complicated. Somehow Webflow has found the way to integrate an easy to use, clear and powerful editor with a powerful and fast hosting. Overall I love that I don't need to worry about the sites speed or Security (a big thing if you are a Wordpress developer, for example). Developing on Webflow feels way easier and to the point experience, no plugins to update, no broken pages or "Oh, the cart stopped working last night", no xss vulnerabilities to attend and the list goes on. I also love that they included a CMS feature, that it's where most of their competitors lose against Webflow. Symbols are also really cool, saving up a lot of time! Last is great that you can restrict what the editor can or can't change! Why should a blog writer be able to change the site layout?
CONSThe e-commerce feature is a bit raw yet, for example, you can't add an "Add to cart" button out of the single product view, for some use cases that would add an extra click to the interaction. Consider simple elements like different tickets for an event that you already explained, taking a user to a single view makes no sense there. Also the e-commerce plan is expensive, in my opinion. For that price, I could use Shopify for example. The pricing plans sometimes feel a bit complicated to understand, maybe renaming Account plans for Freelancer or Reseller plans could help.

Why Webflow is one of the best tools for fast web prototyping and landing pages
Webflow allows you to move really fast. It has lots of things predefined for you, it has great tutorials to learn from and great customer support. For me, it is definitely the number one choice for web prototyping because I can build a great responsive website in hours and share the link with somebody else.
PROSWebflow can be used for both prototyping and production ready websites. One of the greatest features of Webflow is its responsiveness: the UI adapts almost seamless to different screen sizes. Modifications on one screen size are spread across all different sizes. It has this great feature that allows you to reuse UI components across the entire project just by setting the same name for the components. UI components can also have multiple names and inherit multiple behaviors from different components. The code is totally transparent to the user: the user works just with visual elements and Webflow generates code in the back. It is a great tool for prototyping web pages: you can have your project published for free on a subdomain of Webflow just by clicking a button. It has a wide variety of predefined themes you can choose from. It is great for landing pages: it has lots of SEO features built right into it if you decided to host your website on their servers.
CONSIt is hard to collaborate as a team on a shared project. Copying and sharing work between different projects is sometimes painful. The price of hosting the website is relatively high comparing to the industry standard, but you can always opt in to export the code and host it somewhere else.

Really cool and different website platform
I've loved learning and using Webflow. I have deep experience in Wordpress and Squarespace, and moderate experience with Shopify, Wix and Weebly, and Webflow has been a completely different experience. I love how much you can do with it. They also have an awesome resource library to answer basically any question you could ever think up.
PROSI love how customizable Webflow is, and how you can configure it to work for both technical and non-technical users. You can do so much without knowing any code, but you can also create endless customizations if you do know how to code. It's been a best of both worlds for our team.
CONSThe high point is also the low point -- we worked with a design agency to create our Webflow site, which created some gaps once we took control of the platform. It's so customizable that the daily users really need to be a part of the basic building blocks of the site from the very beginning, or you'll find yourself up against questions you can't easily answer unless you have an existing knowledge of how Webflow works. It's user-friendly for non-coders, but it is also too easy to mess with if you don't know what you're doing!

The best thing since sliced bread
In a nutshell, Webflow allows us to build an amazing website in days instead of weeks. Devs love it because they can move fast, designers love it because the end result is just like the design, and the clients love it because it's really easy for them to make quick edits.
PROSSimply put, Webflow is a UI over HTML and CSS. That means that anything you can build in HTML/CSS, you can build in Webflow ten times easier. We used to allocate weeks to building websites, involve multiple devs and spent a sizeable amount of time fixing cross-browser compatibility issues. Since we've started using Webflow, the turnaround time for projects decreased considerably and the devs love building websites (which wasn't happening before). Besides building the front-end, Webflow features a powerful CMS that allows you to visually edit the contents directly in the website - a feature that clients love, alongside the point-and-click content editing. Webflow is easy to learn (you need a good HTML/CSS understanding, though), incredibly easy to create mind-blowing animations and runs buttery smooth on any browser, anywhere in the world (they're using AWS infrastructure after all).
CONSWebflow doesn't yet have an e-commerce CMS - it is still to be launched, even though it was announced some time ago.

Webflow is the best no code platform
Our business loves Webflow. We can't imagine our daily lives without it. It has really given us freedom and loosened our ties with an outsourced development team, who we felt was eating up all our costs.
PROSWebflow is a visual builder for websites and prototype softwares. It eliminates writing lines of code and streamlines the process of creating prototypes or functioning websites. It's relatively easy to learn, especially with a very extensive University resource. There is even a great community on the forums, Slack, and Facebook. Webflow's support is always very helpful. They truly put the consumer first.
