- The vast feature set is the best part of this software. The granularity in the amount of information you can capture is impressive.
- Technical support is fantastic when an issue does arise.
Cons
- Completely derails the the program when a system update takes place. So, when you have multiple computers that need to get reconfigured after an update, it's extremely difficult to make that happen.
- The subscription model was added after we purchased a licensed version. It created a lot of frustration in our IT department.
Pros
- It also helps determine where there are issues in your funnel and what a potential solution might be to improve it.
- Software has a summary section also which is great, analytics and trends are very useful and you can also integrate into jira for reports and decision making.
Cons
- This makes it difficult to determine which options the user is actually seeing. The way they portray the user zooming-in is also a little disorienting.
- We don't rely too heavily on the product simply because we can't be sure it's capturing everything.
