A development must-have
The customer support, ease of use and the dashboard make elmah.io a vital part of our business.
PROSInstalling from the package manager is a breeze, a cut and paste of the API key as part of the process and you're logging. No extra coding required.
CONSThe ASP.NET MVC integration can be a bit fiddly, but there are guides to help you.

overall excellent service
It's helping me troubleshoot issues with my application without my having to implement my own log view experience.
PROSIt targets .NET, and it has a great online portal for examining logs. There's also very good personal-level service.
CONSDue to a plethora of configuration options and specific use cases, it's a bit hard to nail down the ideal configuration for my exact situation. So for example, I'm currently not able to capture the http context user name in my Blazor app, and I would like that.
Reason for choosing elmah.io
Other cloud logging services target too many different frameworks and environments. I wanted something very .NET focused so I wasn't paying for the overhead of all the different framework support.

Excellent product and support is very good A+
PROSIts a good product, but if any setup help is needed, the customer support is A++++
CONSCan't keep selected errors for more than a month, email information could be improved, but this is nitpicking. What it does do is very good and it does it very well.

Elmah.io, the ONLY smart way to manage your exceptions!
SaaS product that serves it's purpose and does it very well. Easy to setup, easy to use, cost effective and the support is absolutely AMAZING. I would never setup another production system without tying it to Elmah.io!!!
CONSMore uptime monitoring capabilities would be nice to have.
