The best platform for finding the unknown unknowns on our website
Having reviewed a number of other products, Webeyez gave us a really good balanced tool that really helps us to drive our website forward.
PROSIt is easy to use and to drill down into the website to find things to improve. The goal analytics and performance features are really useful.
CONSThere is so much within Webeyez that we struggle to use it all. There is some overlap (although not much) with other tools that we use. The lost revenue tracking is sometimes a bit optimistic - but we realise how difficult it is to quantify this. The onsite search and promotion tracking elements are less useful for us (but can see that for others this would be really useful.

We had previously used a number of different session recording tools and had been evaluating some different analytics and error reporting products. Webeyez ticked all the boxes for us.

Great tool for diagnosing bugs and issues
Overall webeyez has been incredibly helpful, for myself webeyez has been incredibly helpful in diagnosing bugs. With session analytics being able to track a specific set of customers and their interactions makes quick work of troubleshooting bugs. Same with failed calls and goal failures. The real time notifications are great for knowing the site health at anytime. Overall for a site admin, incredible tool for diagnosing bugs and issues users/customers are experiencing.
PROSI would say session analytics and failed api call reports are the most impactful features. It is fairly easy to use although not always intuitive.
CONSNo features missing that come to mind. Sometimes the segmenting on session analytics can be difficult to use and/or has some bugs or gotchas like being case sensitive but not being told. Reports can sometimes also bug out or fail to show. Limited time range too on reports. Would be helpful to have a section of examples or legend to show what the different attributes on the session analytics mean.

Webeyez has changed how BAT is running our eCommerce. From being reactive to very proactive. By using Webeyez, we can be one step ahead of any potential issues as well as having the insights of our consumers in order to enrich our product roadmap
PROSEase of Deployment and linked consumer & tech behaviour with revenue impact. its goals are spot on and recordings are always helpful when it come to pinpointing the issues.
CONSMajority of the features are spot on. Its goals, recordings as well as business dashboards are the most used. In comparison, the tech portion is least used at the moment as support team has another tool in Dynatrace. Least use here doesn't mean its not good though

A great analytics platform, with competitive features, and excellent customer support!
Great produce, WebEyez assisted us in delivering a reliable, stable and highly usable sign-up application to onboard new customers.
PROS- Excellent customer support with the setup, usage and training of the product- Competitive features, similar to products like FullStory
CONS- API Listener functionality could be more automatic, perhaps by polyfilling/overriding JS APIS that send ajax requests (like window.fetch, window.XmlHttpRequest), and automatically extracting information about the network request and reporting it.
