I really like the Maxwell tool for magnetic simulation. It is a very detailed and useful tool from the concept phase to simulation level analysis with the Simplorer tool with an easy interface.

The expereience is good. We now use it to speed up functional safety and cybersecurity activities for various projects.

It should be in a common server so that anyone with access can leave comment and update. At the end, the complete process can trace all the updates in one version, not in several.

I have very good experience with Ansys tools, especially Maxwell and Simplorer.

There is no straight way to follow the V-cycle process.

Allows concurrent work with git. Support is good and on time.

I cannot select several components at one with ctrl+shift or drag).

I used it for the Functional Safety Hardware development, it is very useful tool, especially for the FMEDA and FTA analysis.

It is hard for a newcomer to know they need to turn those on.

One of the best features of the program is the easy linking of safety analyzes and requirements created in DOORS.

The traceability feature is excellent, easy to use and follow. FTA feature is extra ordinary.

It is very good product for Functional Safety analysis.

Mprx file in order to share the work / updates. Very difficult to follow up which one has the latest update.

We thought that it was directly integrated with the fault tree+ program, but it took much more time than we expected.

Allows integration with SCADE Architect, Very good support service.

Also, it is easy to share models with suppliers, which save time and money.

The application is very important tool for our forecasting and budgeting.

Haven’t learned all the tools that it has to offer. I love the ease when it comes to scheduling employees.

Very helpful experience. It gives the user to forecast and budget as per level of capacity.

When we terminate people from the system, mysteriously, they pop back up onto the system. This is the worst problem with Unifocus.

Maybe it could show who was scheduled and has not clocked in for their shift and keep track of who was late/ no shows.

I like that it's easy to navigate. I work with lots of non-native English speakers as well and access is easy for them and everyone.

Can’t think of any dislikes. Just looking to spend more time on the site to take advantage of all of the tools that the program offers.

It is very user friendly. The way I can upload/export, all the information into our company's database.

The product is certainly very useful and helps forecast payroll more accurately.

The app is very poor, very quirky, almost always have to re-enter credentials before proceeding - the whole thing needs to be re-engineered.

Many of the reports are very difficult to use for the purpose we need them to be used for.

However, lately its been much worse. For at least a month now, I have not been able to view my past timecards to check my paystubs.

I love how it provides the schedule information to our company’s payroll system. Looking forward to learning all of the available tools that the program offers.

Convenient way of scheduling love the LMS tools and I only hear positive feedback from the pack members using it.

It’s user friendly and always have updates that improve functionality.

I run reports on hourly vs salary for weekly report. I like being able to switch between platforms with very little easy and/or change a parameter with ease.

The one thing I don’t like about the UniFocus app is the inability to change the type of time off my employee wants to use.

Auto schedule based on availability is awesome.
