We like that we can see at a glance on our dashboard what work we have assigned to us as it comes in and the appropriate staff check in the projects.

The staff are very helpful and always timely. The Invoice creation process was smooth and saved me a lot of time.

In viewing the project history, it is hard for me to follow the steps as the go from step to step.

This saves a lot of time and gives increased visibility into past billing. It still integrates with QBO and the invoices go in there.

I love having a centralized location for all my daily, monthly, and qtrly tasks. We can then break them down even further by different locations/departments.

Integration to our business was a pretty smooth process. Didn't take long to learn Firm360 because it is easy to use.

It is cost effective for small firms, and easy to use.

Nothing that I've seen yet other than the pain of changing software.

Great tool for multi users to keep track of project management. Great utilization for clients portal and all staff to have access to help clients.

The addition of contacts to multiple clients can get messy. You have to know that a contact has been setup in order to access for another client.

The most difficult thing is having to change how you run your practice to incorporate the program.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about this software.

Limitations in the ability to customize screens for end-users. Some employees get confused when confronted with fields and choices they do not use.

We have come across a couple of small bugs but the team at Datalogic are so quick to respond that problems are sorted out straight away with little or no impact.

Great customer service, and knowledgeable around the product and the sector. You can talk to any level of person, customer services, developer, director, they are there and willing to listen.

Customer Service is exactly what you need - fast, informative, helpful and friendly. Fantastic supporting documentation for implementation and continuing use.

Harmony PSA is easy to use, and has very nice time tracking, billing, process flow and order management features.

Process integrated board functionalities are huge improvements, and we're excited to see more new features and installments such as this one. Harmony is also flexible.
