Complete HRMS Tool
It was great experience with ZIMYO and we have automated the HR processes with help of Customer Success (Manage).
PROS1. Payroll with statutory compliance 2. Attendance tracking 3. Employee engagement
CONSLittle slow in the upgrading the features but adding it properly after their R&D

We find it was Startup and we thought it will grow aggressively.

Experience Of Using Zimyo
The overall experience is good but something we need the backend support, which is time consuming for configuring any feature.
PROSThis Software Is Good As It Has All The Features In One Platform And The Customer Support Service Is Very Good Helpful And On Time.
CONSThe Least Liking Feature Is Configuration Of Anything, Its Bit Complicated.

I would like to say a very big thank you for the flawless technical support that you’re giving me regularly and especially during this payouts issue. Also, I would like to appreciate all the zimyo team for resolving the issues on priority & within time.This time the payouts issue was very serious for me and I am very impressed that the zimyo team resolved that issue more early than expected. I am also very impressed by the zimyo team and especially with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] that they are always available for us to support even after office hours & on their leaves also. You all are doing a marvelous job in supporting your customer.Without your on time help, it was a very difficult task to handle the employees for the delay in salary payments.I feel much better knowing that I have such a valuable and capable resource a phone call away.

Excellent Tool to Track Employee Attendance
Overall experience has been fantastic. Being a large organization, we were hesitant if Zimyo would be able to resolve our challenges or not. But, the platform has been great, streamlining our HR activities in a short time.
PROSI am quite impressed with the various functionality that the Zimyo offers. The Core HR module provides detailed HR analytics to track various important data like employee's attendance, attrition rates, retention rates, etc. I really like the time and attendance module as it enables HR managers to view attendance records of all the employees.
CONSThere are few bugs in the engage module like the messages not getting delivered to the recipients sometimes. But overally, all these issues can be fixed with a small update.

Amazing Service & Constant Improvement
Has been really good. Look forward to growing the HR Function with Zimyo HRMS as the core.
PROSWe have been using Zimyo from Oct 2021. There has been constant improvement of the tool which has been great for the HR Function in the organization and most important the service provided by the Zimyo Team is always quick.

Management and tracking
Its good, every product has minor issues but the customer service team at Zimyo is superb and helps us solve and understand immediately
PROSAttendance and leave management is superb and clear
CONSPayroll calculations - it sometimes seems to be calculated differently but when understood , rectified, works well

ZIMYO Review
Best features about ZIMYO is payroll, attendance system, recent customer support and Look & Feel.
CONSMigration from ZIMYO to ZIMYO 2.0 was not smooth. Timesheet module needs a lot of working. Reports & Analytics are work in progress.
