An OUTSTANDING alternative to Jackrabbit

StudioGrowth is helping us on a daily basis. It is an excellent platform for Studios and even solo Instructors / Trainers.

PROS

StudioGrowth provided us with everything we needed to replace Jackrabbit, works out of the box, support always helpful. Our clients / students never complain.

CONS

PROS

I was looking for a very simple to use (user friendly software) to run my gym studio with and I think I definitely made the right choice of choosing StudioGrowth. Overall the system is very easy to use and the members of my gym find it very easy to book classes and purchase memberships. [sensitive content hidden] is very responsive and listens to requests of how StudioGrowth can be improved and pushes his team to make the changes.

CONS

Honestly, not much. Overall experience has been great and I got quick responses from the Studiogrowth team every time I reached out with issues. I highly recommend it to any new gym studio businesses - the ease of use of this software will make it so easy for your gym members/clients to book their weekly classes/sessions.

Great affordable studio software

I have found the studio growth team super responsive and easy to deal with. [sensitive content hidden] has been super up front about exactly what the software does and there have been no hidden charges or gotcha moments. I can honestly say it is a pleasure to deal with them.

PROS

I like the way studio growth looks for my students. It is clean and looks good in my website. It is easy for the students to use. Having worked in software development I love that studio growth talk with us, as studio owners, about how we need things to work. And they take out feedback and constantly improve the platform.

CONS

I would like an app as some of the students prefer this to book in. I believe this will be developed in time

Momence was not going to be much cheaper than wellness living although it was better looking.

Reasons for switching to StudioGrowth

The software was more than I needed and too expensive for me. There were a lot of processing charges.It also didn’t look nice on my website and students had issues with timings as I am in NZ. They often ended booked in the wrong class.

StudioGrowth is efficient and effective

Overall highly positive. Good price point with ample functionality to support a fully functional studio.

PROS

Highly flexible system due to its focus on a strong data model and user interface to support. Additionally the editors enable highly customizable class descriptions including links and videos to connect with students.

CONS

Platform is fairly self-evident with excellent support videos however having an online manual would be beneficial.

Absolutely love studio growth and [sensitive content hidden]

PROS

I love studio growth so much. It is so easy to use and navigate. I also really love that [sensitive content hidden] is always there to answer questions and help me with anything that I need.I am not tech savvy at all. It's embarrassing how difficult using any tech is for me Studio growth is built for dummies but absolutely does not lack in functionality and features! It has seriously taken a huge majority of stress off of me with how easy it is to use. My students always comment on how easy it is to book as well.[sensitive content hidden] and his team did an amazing job building this platform. They didn't leave out anything.

CONS

I have no cons about studio growth at all.

I googled "how to open a pole studio" and Studiogrowth was the first link to pop up. It had a full detailed list of everything, step by step, on how to open a pole studio. I printed it out and worked through that list one by one. And that was before I even realized that studiogrowth was a scheduling platform.So you can pretty much say that studiogrowth has helped me from the very beginning.I looked into mind body but they are way overly priced and give off bad vibes. They remind me of money hungry chain companies.And I didn't get that vibe from studio growth at all. Very fair priced and lots of personal one on one help. Even for the "dumbest" questions. Seriously, [sensitive content hidden] always goes out of his way to help me. And I'm so thankful for him and Studiogrowth.

Best team to work with

The ease of use has allowed us to onboard our customers with ease. We have struggled getting members with unlimited memberships to sign up for class and with the transition to StudioGrowth we have seen engagement increases significantly. Additionally, with our prior software, I did all of the set up myself, whereas StudioGrowth did 99% of the set-up for us which made the transition very smooth. We have also noted many areas where StudioGrowth's product is actually superior to the higher priced competitors.

PROS

StudioGrowth has provided us phenomenal service. Their product is just as good, if not better, than similar higher priced platforms and they have gone above and beyond with providing customer service to us, helping us transition, as well as anticipating and solving issues as they arise.

CONS

Anything I have not been able to figure out, the team has helped me to resolve immediately. So I really do not have any negatives or dislikes.

N/A. We were not considering switching before we began working with StudioGrowth. But after hearing what they had to offer compared to what we were currently getting at a much higher price, we were convinced to make the switch.

Reasons for switching to StudioGrowth

Initially, the switch was price driven. But we were also unhappy with the customer support we were getting from the previous supplier - slow response and not fixing issues. Additionally, we had a customer dispute and did not feel they were transparent about the process with us or representing us appropriately and we were not able to represent ourselves. StudioGrowth allows for much more transparency in the payment process by allowing us to manage our own Stripe dashboard.

A solid alternative to high priced software

Working with StudioGrowth and the owner Naz has been an exceptional experience. I have a question and it is answered within 24 hours, many times with an accompanying video to demonstrate what I need to know. I was on the fence for a couple of months before leaving the big software company I had been using and moving to StudioGrowth. I am very glad I made the switch!

PROS

Naz - the company owner. Having someone that responds to my questions ASAP is huge. Studio owners where many hats and knowing that there is someone that will listen and follow up on questions and concerns is invaluable. Migration of my studio data was migrated over without issue.

CONS

I don't have any cons at the moment as any issues/concerns/wants or needs are addressed if not immediately, they are put on the schedule of updates. For example, when I first started using StudioGrowth, private appointments could only be scheduled on the 1/2 hour. I let Naz know that being able to book on the quarter hour would be helpful. That request was implemented, not immediately but in a timely manner.

Studiogrowth is ENTIRELY responsible for the successful opening of my new Studio!!!

Exceptional. Beyond any expectation.

PROS

Ohmygosh- where to begin? As something of a self-confessed technophobe, (yes, 50’s plus! ) AND yoga practitioner and Instructor rather compelled to open a studio as it’s one’s dharma (aka CALLING), vs a driven Business idea, I cannot thank Studiogrowth enough for making it all so very easy and intuitive. My studio has been INSTANTLY successful, and fully booked! From day 1. This technophobe, and a mere few hours of computer time, had an online scheduling platform seamlessly integrated into my website and instantly operational. Studiogrowth’s client service and responsiveness is UNPARALLELED! No kidding - SECOND to NONE! Those ‘other’ long existing online scheduling/class management platforms are not even in the same league. And there’s yet more - Studiogrowth actively solicits and responds to platform enhancement suggestions/ideas from we Studio owners, and constantly rolls out such. Their dedication to offering that truly easy, intuitive and responsive platform for both Studio owners AND end user shines through all of their efforts and communication. If you have any doubts….cast them aside. This platform is unquestionably so very easy to most highly recommend!

Ummmm…. ‘Scratches one’s head and cannot come up with anything’ !

Mindbody has long been considered that platform one kinda ‘has to’ use, vs wants to use. Every studio owner I’ve known that used it hated having to use it, but felt no other decent reliable options existed. Given that, and starting a Studio from new, Studiogrowth was worthy of a ‘gamble’. That gamble pays off every minute of every day. Thank you!

Very Easy To Setup User Friendly

We were using another program for a couple years but when we found Studio Growth the team made it so easy to switch platforms. Our staff and clients were much happier with Studio Growth.

PROS

The software is so easy to setup and works amazingly well with our website. The ease of changing the look and colours makes it seem just like another page on our site.Anytime I don’t know how to do something the team is fast to react and explains exactly how to setup, when necessary they send a quick how to video, makes it easy to understand.

CONS

There’s no Event function BUT They are consistent updates upgrading and adding more great functions Events is one of them. We are so glad we switched providers and recommend anyone looking to setup a new program, or just looking for other options do your self a favour and check out Studio Growth.

Studio Growth Review - Jazzercise West Island Studio

[sensitive content hidden] and his team are amazing at what they do. They are very attentive to my needs and are always willing to implement any idea that will make the platform even better. Their customer service is top notch as well as their white glove onboarding. The transition to Studio Growth was very smooth for my customers. One less stress for me!

PROS

I love Studio Growth; it saves me time as I am a solopreneur. I love that I have everything I need in one place. The dashboard looks very professional and is easy to use.

CONS

I would love to see the possibility of having a landing page on the platform as well as the ability to text directly from the platform.

During Covid, the amount of participants in class got reduced and I needed a platform where my customers could reserve their classes. I was looking for a CRM platform that could do that, along with processing payments and handling memberships.

StudioGrowth Review

StudioGrowth keeps track of the most important things, has reports, auto emails - it has saved me a lot of headaches for sure. And if I have a question about anything - they are quick to respond and help me.

PROS

The overall ease of use, it's simplicity is what caught my attention. It has all the basics features I need - nothing fancy. The price of course is also another bonus and a big plus - no hidden fees. I have used other software in the past (MB and WL) and by far this has been a dream to use. It has a branding feature so you can pick your colours and pictures for the website - giving it a unique look.

CONS

Customer database could use some tweaking - the email field is not mandatory for a new customer to complete and this is a crucial form of communication within the software. I would like phone number and city to be mandatory as well.

Spin & HIIT Studio Software Review

Overall experience so far has been great. The software is a great value for what's included. I have really appreciated and been pleased with the responsiveness of Naz and his team with the set up and fixing of bugs that have popped up.

PROS

I wanted a software that was easy to use on the back end for instructors and also offers a very user friendly customer service experience. I have only been launched with the live version of software for a few days, but so far my customers and testers have been happy with the experience, and the purchase of classes has been easy to navigate through on the site.

CONS

I am excited to see more options and functionality be offered like spot booking for bikes and mobile apps.

Great Service, Great software

Great to deal with, inexpensive for what you get and constantly updating the software to make it easier for customers to navigate. Overall it has been very good! any niggles or changes we have needed get considered and implemented in good time.

PROS

communication! [sensitive content hidden] has been first rate with his communication which for us was the key to success of this product. Anything we dont understand or any questions we get asked [sensitive content hidden] will reply within 24 hours (usually quicker) with a solution.

CONS

A few clients found booking sometimes difficult but any issues were sorted by [sensitive content hidden] and his team. 99% of our customers have no problems booking and if they do its often user error as with lots of things.

i love having a place to put all the things i offer without having to have a website plus booking. . i still have ppl that book directly with me, but for new clients to have a place to go and see all offerings.

PROS

once navigating my way around it. its seems very easy to operate. very clean and simple to add information.

CONS

i wish there were options for clients to pay via paypal or venmo or tip option on stripe. so far with studio growth, maybe if there was a text alert for appointments set- just in case it gets missed in emails. or cart options, since my platform has add on options. once more people start booking from it, i will have a better idea of what works for me and what could be improved upon. so far, i am pleased

StudioGrowth offered all the features we needed. From client management to instructor and class management. For clients, there's a web presence where they can reserve a slot and purchase class packs and memberships. An extensive set of reports helps keep track of where our business is at. Setting up the system is easy and intuitive. It took us less than a few hours to get up and running! During the 2 months, we have been using StudioGrowth, the web-based system had a 100% uptime. The support department is very responsive and helpful. Probably the best support department I've worked with so far. StudioGrowth is also very open to feature requests and suggestions. One can feel that the dynamic team behind StudioGrowth is all out to make StudioGrowth the best solution on the market.

CONS

I would love to have a feature that allows us to extract data from the database to allow us to generate our own Excel reports for specific accounting needs.

Simple, efficient software

The experience has be great. StudioGrowth is a small company that listens to its users and reacts to feedback very quickly. I researched GloFox, Mindbody and many others. For far less money, StudioGrowth has offered what I need.

PROS

This software is very straightforward. Every feature that I need to use, creating schedules, subbing teachers etc is easy to navigate and act on.

CONS

They currently do not offer classpass integration, however I think it is in development.

StudioGrowth is Great, so glad I found them!

My overall experience has been great with StudioGrowth. From the quality of work, using our branding for the platform, and the Virtual learning that came from Naz has been exceptional. I'm truly pleased with the work they have done, and couldn't ask for anything more.

PROS

I absolutely love that they use your own branding for the platform. Other companies didn't have this option, and that is what sold me to StudioGrowth.

CONS

There really isn't any cons about StudioGrowth, they have been great and their software is amazing!

PROS

It is very easy to learn how to use it. It is flexible and adapts to individual needs (unlike other software). The technical support is almost immediate and very effective. It solves problems and doubts very quickly.
