  • Pros

  • I love the interventions with multiple platforms like google analytics, add a book now on Instagram and especially a schedule directly on google business.
  • Very easy to use, website integration, brand customization, AWESOME tech support, easy to navigate.
  • Cons

  • The 5 staff limit for $49.99 month was simply too expensive for our taste. We also had issues with the API also provide to be difficult to maintain with a developer.

  • However, we only used it to dispatch work to our mobile techs and that part worked seamless. The techs loved the simplicity of the software.
  • I use this software on a daily basis for my job. After the recent set of updates it has improved it hugely.
  • Cons

  • If you look on their website and talk to them, they will sell you the world. The invoicing is pathetic on this software.
  • Customer service is not consistent on there advise. Setting up the software to track key customer information is difficult, and report design is very limited.
