Can text-message filipino worked through app, even on free mode. Messaging/chat options are way better than other messaging apps.

The time clock integration with shift scheduler has been a great tool in keeping track of the ongoing projects.

Sheduling is great as you can set up to 12 months ahead with each job. Cost is great for the options you get.

It literally does everything - timeclock, communication, directory, analytics, task assignments, scheduling, mobile friendly, easy to use, looks sleek, can be tailored to certain groups or teams.

Connecting and engaging  our non desk employees which has never been so seamless before.

Ease of use and the customer service is TOP NOTCH. Too bad all companies don't model the same customer service like chen and connect team.

I was expecting to have some major push back against using this new software with our ski club, but I was SO impressed with how much everybody liked this.

It is feature rich, and very affordable. Worth every penny, and I am so happy that I stumbled across this.

I love the interface that consistently loads and works...not unlike other team management apps.

The only thing I can say is that we have noticed a slight delay in notifications. By slight, I mean a minute or so sometimes.

The most I like on the software is the beautiful design of the desk version and the app. With integration of our logo, all our employees like the app.

The inability for the employees to update their submitted expenses. The expense must be submitted again so duplicates are created in the process.

I had some questions and feature requests early on and their support team was very responsive and professional.

The rollout and the customer support has been great. They are very responsive to my learning the app and to troubleshooting with me.

The inability to synchronize with a personal calendar is a fatal flaw, and seemingly not something that would require reinventing the wheel.

Hardly can i mention  a dislike if the software.

They will talk to you about what your looking for, what kind of business you have and are honest about which aspects will work best for you and your company.

Customer Service was beyond excellent, refreshing  for a change. Other companies would benefit to mentor after your customer service.

There are still missing features, but after each update, the product gets closer and closer to fix all my problems.

The software is only for the team and there are no many options for the customers of the business.

The second is to allow API access. Third, allow staff to be assigned jobs with a value which can then be paid via Stripe.

He is Ametican and uses Spike all the time. I like using it because you can chat as well as receiving emails so you can use Spike as an all in one  app which is very useful.

I really like the clear and clean interface, I love simple and non-confusing things. It has everything it takes to get into the toolbox of marketing.

The only negative at the moment is it is web based. Looking forward to having an App for my Mac in the future.

The learning curve has been very shallow (i.e. I've learned a lot / feel comfortable using Spike in a short time) and I'm really enjoying using the App.

It is quick and intuitive. I like seeing when others are responding to my messages too1.

But the reason I give this such a bad review is that what they did not tell me was that they remove my branding - my signatures and replace them with their advert.

I love how simple yet functional it is. It's very intuitive and has a lot of powerful tools for keeping your life and projects organized.

The incredibly fast customer service - The CS team is really fast (and personable, and friendly and helpful) when I have an issue. And I feel super well-taken-care-of.

Work email accounts with @customname.com are not free. Charged per email account.

The integration was incredible and easy. You can switch from people to more traditional view and once you have used Spike for a couple of days it truly is remarkable.

The overall experience has been great. One of the very few email clients available for mac which comes with a conversation like email thread.

Not that if one person viewed it, I'll have the impression that everyone else did which is false and feels misleading.

Set up and integration was simple - it's great to have my google calendar right there to toggle over too without opening another app on my phone.

Great service to get my private URL emails on my phone.

The layout is quite interesting and smooth like texting.

I had a few issues when I set it up, but that could have easily been operator error.

It uses chat-like interface from mobile chat apps that we grow to love so much. It minimizes the clutters that we get from normal email conversations.
