I reduced no-shows!!
I had no issues with the app. The support team is awesome. They called me and they answered all my questions.
PROSI love that I can use the app on multiple devices and the messages are sending automatically on the Ultimate plan. I like so much that I can add as many message templates as I want and they are fully customizable. Because of the reminders, I reduced no-shows by 90%. Thank you, Appointfix!:)
CONSI don't have any cons with this app. As I said, it's the best app.

At first i was reluctant but i got to know it better and use more features, i see that Goldies is working towards improvements and im willing to stick around and wait for them while the basic functions work extremely well,
PROSSimplicity, low card charge fees, monthly fee that covers some sms package and ability to get more
CONSNo Online marketing option via sms or email in mass text, mms leaves a mark - everyone knows other patients number which violates hipa laws, I need express payouts, without them i will most likely accept payments via venmo or Zelle

Goldie ease in use and design 's flexibility made it so easy for me to launch my mini concept at home. I hope u work on suiting the schedule to switch automatically the time for international use.
PROSGoldie interface, layout and ease in use made it so appealing to me. I had chosen goldie over many competitors because i was looking for a free version for something i am beginning my at home. I wouldnt need complication for something i am still navigating. However, if u would apply mini makeover over the free to use version it would appeal more to customer and who knows we could upgrade for more.
CONSThough goldie is perfectly fine for one person business, but the inavilability to pick the switch the timining automatically for international use was the only drawback. Please look into that

Great service
I've had an amazing experience. I love the new online booking feature. It was definitely worth the wait. I also love the option to completely customize your text reminders and confirmations. Ultimately that was the selling point for me on picking this application originally but I've been so happy with my choice and they just keep adding great and useful features.
PROSI love the reminder/confirmation service
CONSI wish there was more online booking features, such as adding a short description to the service's or changing the layout of service's with headers etc. Being able to save clients card on file on my end.
Reasons for switching to Goldie
They didn't offer the services I needed or have the customization options. I also didn't like the fact that they would contact clients directly without their permission or mine.

I love that ny clients can access the booking side of Goldie and make appointments at their convenience and we don't have to send multiple texts back and forth to find a time that works for both parties
CONSI haven't found anything I dislike about Goldie so far. It's fairly priced, easy to use, and has a bunch of benefits

Awesome app
I started my new business in early childhood education, and Goldie has made it run so smoothly. I am not a techie and found this app. Extremely easy to use and very functional. My customers love it.

Perfect, but missing critical feature for me
8/10 I always recommend this to my Tattoo Artist friends, so far i’ve gotten 4 Artist to join Appointfix and they all enjoy it as much as I do, it helps a lot and gives us more time and less stress, again, the only issue is not requiring an immediate deposit to book
PROSThe ability to schedule people with ease and have others schedule themselves, as well as color coding thats really nice, THE COOLEST THING IS “block extra time” because i can add the 15 minutes to set up for my tattoo without it interfering with my full hour of appointment
CONSI really wish i had the ability to recieve a deposit from clients to book a tattoo appointment, i get some no shows and its a pain having to ask people after the fact they already booked to send me money to secure an appointment thats already booked by them.

Pretty colors on the app screenshots, also the fact it has an option to put the price because i always forget what i quote people, and the note because i can give a brief description of what im doing

This scheduling app has improved my business!
I am extremely impressed with the service I receive. Problems are sorted very swiftly.
PROSThat it works across both Android and Apple platforms simultaneously. I use an Android Smart phone and an iPad. Works fine on both.
CONSI would rather the sms messages were sent from my own device. This would allow me to increase the content in the messages and alleviate the issue of clients replying and being confused as to which number to call.

AFFORDABLILITY. And the fact that Appointfix is compatible with Android/ Samsung devices. Suits my business very well.

CONSI do wish it would allow time in between clients for clean up before allowing another client to book. Being able to pick 5 - 15 minutes between appointments would be great

CONSThere's really nothing I don't like about this app. I do wish it has a way to mark NO SHOWS AND LATE . Without deleting them but the time slot shows its open.

Makes grooming life easier
I've saved myself some time and headache using this app and it's benefits.
PROSI like being able to schedule appointments, set up standing/repeating appointments. I like having my services listed. I like having my client info saved. I like being able to send out reminders and instant booking messages.
CONSI HATE that every time I go to messages to send reminders it starts me back at the top after I send a message. It's super frustrating. I wish they offered more colors for the services list. I wish I could add in charges that aren't services. For example I do a travel fee that is different for everyone depending on location but in order to add it to my total I have to add it in as a service, then you have to set an amount of time it takes to do that "service" even though it's not something that takes time, so after I add my travel fee as a service I have to change the ending time of the appointment because it adds in that extra "service" time. Id also like to be able to add cancelation fees if I need to. This is to my total, not like charging it with the app itself, not like using a pos. I just want to see those things in my total. It would also be nice to have reminders sent out automatically and i need an easier way to send out reminders when it's been so long since I've seen someone. Like make it so you can click one week at a time or month at a time. Then have a list of those clients I haven't seen in the amount of weeks I chose. For example, I want to know which clients I haven't seen in 6 weeks, so I click the 6 weeks button and it brings up a list of clients I haven't seen in 6 weeks. Then I'd like to be able to send them a message saying something along the lines of "hello, we haven't seen you and your pet in 6 weeks and it's time for another appointment."

It’s been really good…no complaints
PROSI honestly cannot complain about the software at all it functions very well for me so far…I like it all
CONSIf I would have to say something it would be on the schedule Sunday through Saturday being able to select Sunday through Saturday but marking off your closed days where others can see they are closed… As of right now I have to leave those days on and create a block that says I’m closed for me to recognize that but others just think I’m working that day but booked… So I would just like to be able to leave days of the week on the calendar as a visual and not be able to say I’m closed but not see it on the calendar, it’s a visual thing I think…Also maybe having an option to pre-pay for appointments booked online or to hold a card for payment for cancellation and no-shows

Best Appointment Manager I've Seen
Because we have the app on 2 iPhones and they update each other over the internet, we are able to keep accurate changes updated on appointments. The therapist can make a patient's next appointment during the session, and the office (me) gets the info right away. And vice versa. It saves us a lot of time and effort. I can even take a patient's phone call by cel phone out of the office, book an appointment, and the therapist has it in her app right away. Eliminates a lot of problems with double-booking.
PROSThe week-on-a-page interface is helpful, and rather unique among calendar & appointment apps. It's exactly what we need for mental health office visits, which are always 60 minute, usually weekly appointments. We tried one that had drag-and-drop feature (which was nice), but it was unreliable, and there was virtually no help available from the app designers. Appointfix is extremely stable, works as intended, and the customer service is absolutely the best. You interact by email, because of the time difference between U.S. and Europe where they're located, but they give prompt, personal attention to your issues every time.
CONSAll my appointments are green. It's not a big deal, but I might enjoy picking another color. Drag-&-drop would be a nice feature, as long as it doesn't reduce the stability of the app--I wouldn't want that. So, if it's not broke, don't fix it.
