The pricing structure is very friendly and very affordable for businesses. For teams that have at least 20 employees and are shift based and have trades, this tool is a dream come true.

The software is pretty simple and easy to use, they provide great training tools as well as resources for staff and management.

My only complaint is I can’t get a push notification on my app.

It is easy to post a shift for trade, take a shift, communicate with fellow employees, etc. The website and mobile app both work great.

Great & easy to use software for planning work schedules.

The tradeboard options are also helpful. Integration with Google calendar made it easy to keep track of my schedule.

This was newly introduced at my work but is an awesome asset for scheduling as well as, trade shifts and contact information.

Overall, Whentowork seemed like a great software. It was pretty easy to use, I just needed a bit more features for such a high volume of staff.

It's an Ugly Scheduling Tool that works rather well.

I like how you can see your schedule, or a fellow employee's schedule, and that you can request trading shifts and vacay time. I also like how it tells you how many hours your shift is.
