This software is very user friendly and very flexible. There are many different reports that are available and the customer support is wonderful and very helpful.

We had an issue where our call data had stopped collection within CASH.

There is not much not to like. It does need proper set-up which can be a bit confusing for anyone that has not set up any software.

Cash + has been a great product for VTS. The simple fact that Hansen software coordinates with us to install and assists on the installation is great.

Cash Call Management is very easy to use and can provide reports in seconds of what is happening in your business.

Very few times I have needed help but when I do its there. It was easy setup user friendly interface it does everything I need and more.

I am really impressed with Hansen Software support. I do not call that often, less than a dozen times in 8 years.

I'm a technician for a PBX vendor, and the Hansen support staff and engineers were able to work with me on a complex SMDR issue. They were polite, professional, and fixed our complex issue perfectly.

The reports resumed collection the following day. I have always had a good experience working with CASH+ representatives as they are prompt and eager to help.

I have not used any other online recording products to compare this product too. This product is so easy to use.

One downfall is there is not a version engineered to work with our particular phone system, so we are missing out on some reports.

Their commitment to insuring our end users receive the best experience should be the gold standard every company strives to achieve.

I would highly recommend Hansen Software based on my rep's great Customer service skills and also would recommend the Cash + Software.

I believe it is just that on our end the computer will go offline so that it will not let us or anyone else generate reports on it.

Data organization is excellent. Custom fields allow for further customization which allows for even better categorization of data.

Input of information was a breeze to get started as they have a great mapping feature. The fact everything gets into a customer file with no redundancy.

The ability to integrate the incoming phones calls  through Infoflo talk is an excellent tool to record all customer contact records.

The software seems to work pretty good. I really like the breadth of options.

The problems come from changes made automatically by my Norton antivirus.

I had a problem where Infoflo would not start automatically and I had to.

It was one of the most time exhausting experiences that ended up in me losing money for a piece of software that we do not use.

The downside of Infoflo software is that you have to be proficient at. Maintaining and trouble shooting computer issues.

It has all the basics that i need at a very affordable price. Great response from their team on my questions and like that i own it for life vs a monthly cloud based crm.

While this software appears to be good on the surface, it does not perform as advertised.

Occasionally get an error message. But I just restart the software.

There is no way for multiple users to enter data consistently (such as pull down menus with option to select client industry so data gets entered however a user chooses.

Integrates seamless with Microsoft Office, Ease of use and the ability to get running right out of the box. Great product for small to midsize businesses.

From the start, you are told that any time a technician has to connect remotely to your computer, you will be charged by the hour.

The import of my LinkedIn contact list was easy and intuitive.

Like a lot of new launchs  we had some questions their support has been great scheduling when it convenient for us to make sure all is working.

Integration with Outlook and Gmail is very useful feature. You can easily connect your contacts with emails and tasks (opportunities and sales).
