  • Pros

  • SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] always kills it for us, thanks for all the good work.
  • This software is very user friendly and very flexible. There are many different reports that are available and the customer support is wonderful and very helpful.
  • Cons

  • There is not much not to like. It does need proper set-up which can be a bit confusing for anyone that has not set up any software.
  • One downfall is there is not a version engineered to work with our particular phone system, so we are missing out on some reports.

  • Documentation management is also very strong. Good merge field integration.
  • One time fee with no maintenance costs, bugs are fixed free. Ability to create custom modules.
  • Cons

  • The problems come from changes made automatically by my Norton antivirus.
  • I had a problem where Infoflo would not start automatically and I had to.
