I would highly recommend Fluentstream for your internet telephone needs.

It may not be as flashy as Vonage, RingCentral or 8x8, but it's a great cost, and the customer support team has been AMAZING for both selection, implementation and ongoing use.

The sound quality is excellent. Customer service is excellent, starting with chat service that promptly fixes any problems that occur.

FluentStream helps my employees provide better quality of service than they were able to provide with our old PBX system. This has been a total win for our company and for our clients.

We have Cisco SPA508G and they are good phones - but the programming is a little more complex to integrate if you need a custom setup.

Overall, my experience with FS was fairly negative. I think I joined at a really bad time, I would say the call quality for half our calls was bad.

The many different features are great, and for how much you are paying it's really impressive. On-boarding was outstanding - rapid response, very helpful.

Also the online faxing feature and text feature are helpful. Their support team is awesome and there for you 24/7 and don't sound annoyed when you call back multiple times.

It is very difficult for callers to leave a message, thus many of the parents do not. It is not easy to change the voicemail message.

When we finally caught the problem with the bill this last month we notified them. We also told them we were changing to another vendor.

It's been world-class amazing from the sales process, to onboarding, to daily use.

The software is fairly straightforward like most VOIP systems.

Option to add notes for calls, along with their reason and status is quite good. You can simply take a look at the list of calls made, to see if you needed to take extra action for any.

It helps to connect with people. There are so many features which is good for the users.

Sometimes it lags a little. Also while receiving a call back, it doesn't always notify you on who it is fast enough.

Good for tracking call records and good connectivity.

Frejun is not supporting calls for jio number. Complained about the same many times.

I have been using frejun and love these two features, Also you get to know who is calling you back. Also I can keep a record of how many calls I have made.

No name feature for a callback makes it tough to track candidate on runtime basis.

It provides high quality calling with great customer service in case  we have any problem.

We have completely eliminated call center issues. Loved the easy working approach.

The calling and the recording part. The software is easy to use and is not that complicated.

There is no message sending option which candidates cannot send normal messages other than whatsapp messages.

On a very rare case if miss out the incoming call's.

Could connect with the other party easily and was a good experience.

It is very easy to use and call recording is an advantage since we can analyze ourselves.

The least likely feature is sometimes its lagging and not able to make calls and also sometime we have to make calls multiple times when its not connecting properly.

Its convenient to make calls through the app and it is helpful to connect with people easily as well.

Very easy to place calls, makes quick work of an otherwise tedious task.
