They should work more on drag and drop features  rather then fields to be  filled. More colors in graphs and statistics.

HQ are a great service provider and true partner. They are responsive, collaborative and work hard to deliver client requirements.

Overall been a good experience, and worth the change. We used TSD rental before and it was very outdated and expensive.
